When we arrived at 1:30 pm a woman at the return facility told us she could not receive the trailer, the guy who could, will be back soon. She also said she could not give us a receipt, so I had her copy our contract and sign it with the time and date. Then we get home and have a charge as if we returned the trailer a day late. Now I will have to fight Uhaul for a refund. Uhaul is a joke.

Tim BReally, you can't find the place it has no real signage and it is a dump and the person does to answer the phone or call back when you leave a massage when you are tying to find them.

marcella hOn 3/13 I made a reservation at Uhaul to pick up a trailer at Midgard 2in Naples, Fl. Upon arrival their customer service was Horrible and the young man who waited on me had the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, all he said was we don’t have the trailer! I asked why after reserving it on 3/13 and he appeared to get an attitude! I asked server Al times why someone didn’t notify me and he had no answer! Finally he said I will try to find one and he finally located one 47 miles away at Miller. Then drove to Matt Miller and the gentleman there was very courteous and provided excellent service! Even when I dropped the trailer off in Ashland Va the customer service was excellent! I don’t understand why someone from Uhaul /Midgard did not contact me prior to pickup date so I could have expected to go to another location to pickup what I needed???
Franklin MDon’t change someone’s truck that was reserved 3 weeks in advance for a major move to a smaller truck with less than 24 hours notice and then make them also drive an hour away to go pick up the truck that was supposed to be at a location within 10 minutes. I will likely never use U-haul again. Completely unreliable and customer service is nonexistent.

Kedra DI had to drop it off after hours. There was a sign and on the website it was stated that it was a 24/ 7 drop off. The gate was locked and i couldnt open it. I had to call customer service to try to assist me however themselves could not get ahold of anyone either. After being outside the gate for abour an hour, someone opened the gate, and i just dropped it off. The person that opened it didnt assist me in any way. Highly disappointed
Melissa RVery good operation just as it is. What UHaul can do is add this location to the website for an option near Labelle. Scheduling found the 20' truck I wanted here, but Customer Service did not see it as a location closer to Labelle than Lehigh Acres.

ROBERT NIt is hard to give the drop off guy a good rating when there was no service provided that is worth giving a good rating to uhaul, in essence uhaul is screwing over its own employees or franchises whatever they maybe by the service they provided. I should receive a refund for the truck not just the trailer!
Jacob OAgain I come to the door and it's locked, I called 3 times and straight to voice mail. After I waited like 15 or 20 min a random person walks from out of nowhere to the front. I have to holler and get his attention to return the keys. Doesn't say a word to me just takes the keys... very rude and unprofessional

JOHN MThe location was way out of the way due to an error on uhaul's part. The original pickup location was less than 5 minutes from my move location. I had no choice but to take the unit from the out of the way unit; 50 minutes away from my move location as it was too late, the night before the move, to try for something else. The vehicle was not very clean and needed maintenance, ie wiper blades, rear tires were down to the wear bars, steering was no very stable. Overall, I felt less than safe trying to drive the truck.
SCOTT DThe owner went above and beyond to help me get the truck after normal operating hours. Very helpful and was communicating with me through the whole process, very well done.
DAVID MMatt was a nice guy and the check out went quickly.
