Would be helpful to have an air compressor, hose and air chuck on site. I asked a day or 2 before picking up if the tires could be aired up on the trailer. When I picked the trailer I checked them at home. The right front only had 16 pounds of air. It didnt physically look low because the rear tire was aired up. If I did t check them all i would have encountered a problem during my trip. It's the little things that can make a big impact!

My experience with the U-Haul website was awful. They relocated my trailer pick up to 20miles away. Then the sight erased my reservation 3 times while I was filing. It was awful! My pickup site was very small and cramped...but the people were VERY HELPFUL and very nice.

U-Haul changed my Sundays pickup to this location. It is closed on Sunday and the truck share 24/7 mobile pickup did not work. Kept telling me there was no reservation. On hold calling the only number there is for customer service then transferred 3 times with similar wait times in between. Someone had to stay on the line to walk me through this stupidly cumbersome process. Took 90 minutes to pick up the truck. Kept my movers waiting an hour. Cost me an extra $100 for the delay.

It took 30 minutes of my rental time to check it out on the app. And was not able to check it back in with the app, had to just leave it.

U-Haul is a sideline. One-man auto repair garage in an old gas station with several cars around. Had to hunt him down. When I returned the trailer, he was closed. I had to park and remove the trailer myself in the rain. Only using a U-Haul full-service store from now on.

Dropped off at 11pm at night, GPS was late to tell me when to turn into the parking lot and had to u turn. Easy to access, parked and dropped off keys in drop box which was right outside the door. Good location to drop off at.

When I asked if they gave a AAA discount I was totally dismissed and was told "you were supposed to set that up online". The location was dirty and I was super uneasy being there. This was my first uhaul experience, not a great start!

I am very disappointed in how much I was charged. I only had it one day and was charged for two. Also I did not request furniture pads nor the furniture dolly and was charged for them. Didn't even use them. The only thing I wanted was the regular dolly. Very unhappy!

I went to a location on Bedford Road as wad sent to the location on 10, I was told there were no available $19.95 trucks anywhere other than Dallas. I ordered a dolly... Was to get truck back by 3:30, but no dolly.... At 99cents a mile, I did not go back for it, and it took much longer to load. The bigger truck did not fit thru my Aunt's gates, so I had to walk back and forth with a single container, and my 95 yr old Aunt couldn't help, nor my husband who was hospitalized from heat n high blood pressure. My Aunt was recovering from a broken neck, and her new caregiver needed to move in and we needed to move out....I rushed to get done, becuz my storage closed at 9 pm.... Finished at 10:30 pm.... Ready to die... I m in poor health myself.... I m accustomed to renting a truck for a day at the $29.95 rate.. Not 4 hours.... I believe I should not have been billed fir 3 days.... I checked the truck out at 11:30 on Friday and had it back by 9:30 am Sat. I wait for your reply....

I figured they'do be closed bc it was Sunday, but the sign said open so I knocked several times, but never got an answer. It looked almost like a junkyard complete with a dog chained up behind the chain link fence.

The manager was very rude and he told me that he was waiting for a phone call from his manger therefore he did not have the time to make sure that the truck had any dent. I think he does not like blacks. Also ask him for a paper receipt, he stated that it was sent to my email address. I will never get my business again.

It's a mechanic's shop so probably won't be much cleaner or "inviting." Personnel was friendly and easy to talk to.
