Why is my build so high?I only had the truck from Friday until Saturday.And if you look at your camera.I drop the truck back off saturday afternoon before three pm I need somebody to tell me why my bill 147.00

Khoa NTracey is the best! I only go to this location because she's always so friendly and makes everything so easy. The first time I rented from this location was because the location closest to me didn't have the truck I needed, but now I always rent from here.

MAURICE DFor a moving company you lack the equipment to satisfy the customers needs. Went to to different locations neither had hand trucks/ dolly. Had to go out of my way to borrow one from a friend.

ADAM AWhat a disaster. This was all done at 2 pm not off hours just off hours for this location. It took us almost 2 hours of phone calls and going to the location to pick up the truck. We also had to take pics of the dent in the truck. We had to call customer service at least 3x. Each time was an expected 5-10 minute hold that turned into close to 15. It was not a smooth transaction at we wasted a ton of time despite the fact that our company had rented twice already this year at this location.

MELVIN HWhen I got there for my pick up at 9am there was no one there did not come into office until 9:10am had to wait until he set up then the computer was slow.When I returned the truck before 2pm no one again was in the office when sign said it closes at 2pm.I will not rent from this uhaul dealer again the equipment was not in good shape or clean I will go back to the dealer on Cindy lane in ocean nj they were the best.
Kevin Mon Saturday I tried to get a truck with reservation The app could not verify that I was standing in the parking lot of the rental place. The U-haul app needs a lot of work.
chris bThe AC did not work, I was told that a manager would reach out to me before I was charged, and not only was I charged before I heard from the manager but they tacked on an additional fee for oil and tires. I'm still waiting to hear from them to resolve.
MOSHE CMaster Secure Storage offered a clean and functional storage facility with helpful staff members. While the overall experience is positive, the equipment is a bit outdated and noisy compared to newer storage options. Despite this, it remains a viable choice for those in need of storage, particularly if convenience is a priority.

Shaquanda JI was grossly overcharged on the rate it was supposed to be $119.99 including 100 miles then $19.99 for next day +.49 CT's ea additional mile. They charged me $1 a mile plus they charged me for pads & dollie equipment I never ordered nor received them I need a $100 dollar credit I'm a frequent customer of Uhaul That no way to treat a LOYAL CONSUMER!!!!!!!!!
MORRIS CHas nothing to do with the location itself but the horrible support from Uhaul. The mobile check in process is a disaster. I've rented before from the same place and they consistently need verification. It was more expensive than advertised during check out.
Andrew LNot open when I arrived on Sunday. I had to take rented truck home and wait til following day to get access to new storage unit at this facility Website should indicate to get there by 1 pm on Sunday ( not open from 7-9 pm) The owner of facility was super nice, organized and helpful when I moved into unit Monday AM and he was Not inform d if my reservation at his facility by u haul or he'd have call d me on morning if my move in day (Sunday). Sounds like a failure to communicate problem between his facility and U Haul.
