I was provided an incorrect pickup address. No one was present at the location that I was sent to. A trailer that appeared to be the 1 I'd reserved was sitting out front, the address I was at matched the 1 provided to me by U-Haul, but since no one was there, I assumed the trailer was placed there for me to pickup, so I did so. I was later accused of stealing the trailer by the employee that I spoke to on the phone. We ended up getting everything settled over the phone, but U-Haul really needs to make sure they're providing correct addresses to their customers and that employees are present to avoid confusion. Very frustrating experience overall.

DONALD KWe were originally renting from another place but wasn't available and sent us here and giving a $50 credit. The worker told not one but two people that went in that since this facility was closed Sunday to just bring it back Monday by 9 am. So we did and was charged for Sunday rental and insurance costs. Then when I called to let the person in charge know she made me out to be a liar!!!!! Totally NOT happy with the service!!!!!
Christopher MThey lied about how much gas needed to be placed inside the truck over charged me said i owed them 212$ and that’s impossible i put 30$ in the truck before dropping it off and was barley away from the full line i say another 10$ woulda filled it up they charged me another 40$ for that and other hidden fees

Darrle SWe arrived and they were working out of a trailer. Had a sign on it stating they were running an errand. Started to check out with the app and she finally showed. Told us we had to unhook the trailer from the uhaul bc they were not trained to do this. Also returned uhaul with over a half of a tank of gas and only got credit for a quarter tank.

I called an stated roof leaks and why I had to leave I ask for payment back for the 10days I left early and staff said no refunds and its in your contract no refunds. To me this is totally not right as its not my fault the roof is leaking. This is very poor customer relations and will make sure I never come back or recommend this Location!! Also your hours are too short in the evening.

THOMAS JI signed paperwork to move into the Marysville storage unit on Sept 12, 2022. 15 mins later I changed my mind not to unload the truck & go elsewhere. But mgmt said they would not refund my $125. So I was trapped. Also, my light inside the unit never worked. Look at the storage units before signing anything

I was on the phone with two customer service representatives for over an hour trying to get code for the key. If you have any questions I would be happy to talk with someone from the company. I will not be renting a u-haul in the future

She was prompt in processing the return and treated me as though she appreciated me as a customer.....180 degrees from the originating dealer who viewed me as a nussiance to be dealt with!! Thank you Marysville!!

PATRICK W | First ImpressionsChickens running lose in yard, No one around in the morning, I called number and was told to drop the trailer off anywhere jut NOT in front of the gate I did. She complained that I did not park the trailer correctly and had to come back and move it, Second time she said it was not good enough and had to move it again. All she did was sit and feed her face. Sorry you have two different locations one How to do things correct and one How NOT to do things correct.

david vTell people that trucks don't come with locks (which is kind of ridiculous anyway). Also, put some signs up so people know where the U-Haul location is. It took us forever to find it.
grace tVery "seedy" trailer for an office and the outside appearance is not very inviting. The staff were very nice and helpful, and should be provided a nicer work environment. The truck was outstanding - virtually new and in perfect condition!

Privacy R | First ImpressionsUnrelated to this location, I called the I-69 Truck Stop to rent a similar trailer. The attendant on the phone said they had one there. When I arrived there was no such trailer. Very inconvenient.

Anthony HI dropped off my truck just as they were closing up last night. The woman said to leave the keys and she'd check me in this morning. Then She called me this morning telling me all was well. -I appreciated receiving it. Nice people.

Patricia Mthey did not have a wrench to tighten the ball, they did not have a 4 prong plug to sell or rent, they jammed them too close to there trucks, wanted it put back in same spot on the blind side filled with snow all around 2 ft deep
AL CThe girl that was working when I picked up the trailer was great! But the girl that was working when my brother returned the trailer for me gave us a hard time about the agreed upon price! The agreement was that we would only be charged for 6 days, not 7 (because you are closed on Sundays), as long as the trailer was returned first thing Monday morning! She was trying to charge us as if the trailer was being returned after noon on Monday! When it was only 9:30am!!! I did not appreciate the hassle!!! My brother was doing me a favor by returning the trailer back to Michigan for me so I wouldn't have to pay the higher "one-way" cost! He didn't appreciate the hassle either! You need to teach all ur employees to do better math!!!

DALE KTow Dolly was a potential rolling disaster. Broken fenders, taillight wires, rusted hold down ratchets. Fortunately the rental yard had another which was in better shape with only a small ding in one fender. Nikki & Michelle were both very good, helpful & courteous. Nice young ladies.
GRAHAM BAfter getting the confirmation I tried calling location 4 times and left messages that were not returned. After calling customer service and getting the pick up time changed and confirmed we got to the location and no one was there. Customer service called someone to come out and help us. When she got there she found she did not have the right key and had to call someone else to unlock it. We were delayed over an hour with the whole experience. We also had to adjust the drop off location. Even though we new this was a valid location they were not able to find this in their system.
