The two young men from Moving Help did an outstanding job of loading my furniture. I booked a 15ft truck, but was only able to pick-up a 10ft truck. They were able to fit an amazing amount into the smaller than expected space.

I rented a car trailer for 24 hours and needed to drop it off in the morning "after hours" because of my work schedule. The gal that helped me with the rental informed me that would be something I could do and they would take care of it when they opened. I had the trailer for 14 hours and dropped it off at 6:30 a m. A day later I recieved an additional $90 charge on my card and a receipt in my email for a two-day rental because this company did not process my return for 28 hours... I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. I was not informed of an online after hours return service until I received my receipt with the additional charge. I would assume that when asked about dropping it off after hours as I had done the attendant would inform me of the online after hours submission that I would need to process. This conversation was never had.

Parts fell off five miles down the road after leaving the lot. I took it back, they duct taped the parts back on and said it was fine to go. No mention of clearing the extra miles I had to put on the truck to drive it back and get it fixed, or the time I wasted bringing it to them. The back of the van had broken boards and anchor points were not secured into the wall. I requested an evening return time, but when I went to drop it off they said it was late and it was supposed to be back by noon. This was not explained to me at the pickup location when I received the keys.

Inside of truck was extremely dirty, with lots of broken glass. Windshield had to be cleaned to even see out of. Inside of truck smelled like cigarette for a slight portion for a while. Bugs were all over the place and it was in a major need of cleaning. They tried to talk you out of taking pictures and reporting things, and were not helpful.
