Umm, this is people wanting to move themselves, because it is cheaper. Now, having trucks that cost so much and then charging by the mile, even tho you don't know how many miles it will for sure be, while requiring people to reput in gas to a quarter of a tank, IS highway robbery! I mean, you gotta see the problem with this, when it's supposed to be cheaper...

Uhaul really needs to improve the app...everytime i use it either the app is down or it doesn't let me log in to be able to start the rental w/o a headache!!!!

I appreciated all the help & advice instructions on how to get my car loaded onto the transport. There was one imperfect thing -- there was some sticky goo in the center console lower shelf of the truck that surprised me a bit. Not a big deal at all, overall the truck was very clean.
