Kristine GallardoWhen I called to verify the time the worker who answered was very rude. Upon arrival I checked in and waited a hour for someone to call and verify the pickup, I had to call uhual and have them call me back to verify, I lost a whole hour doing this. After my loading up the uhual refused to start after even trying to jump it. It took another 45 minutes to catch on. I had To leave it running at each stop in fear it wouldn’t start up again. The uhual was really dusty and dirty.! I was so unhappy with this renting and trying to move with the I unprofessional of person who answered and the truck of how it wasnt kept up and the battery dying on me.
Elena MarquezI was told this location had an appliance dolly for my refrigerator and they did not. This is why I chose the location to pick my my Uhaul truck so the person who scheduled this for me was incorrect. The man at the store said they hadn't had an appliance dolly in weeks. I had to go to another place to get one in 105-degree weather. Very inconvenient. I would not recommend calling Uhaul but going to the store to look or somewhere else. The place Mark's Market was very dirty. We bought snacks when we returned we were hungry. They tasted strange and saw they were expired by several months.

Loretta PedregonTruck was beat up , it was in a dirt lot so it was dirty and dusty inside and out . It made noises while driving and didn't feel stable at all . Customer service was minimal they just hand you the key and you are on your own with the inspection and anything else . I would not recommend anybody to go here .
STEVENS MCGILLTell the customer to take pictures of the gas and the mileage before they check out. So they don't have to go back to the truck and come back...

Timothy LianozI reserved a 20 footer and got there and they wanted to give me a 15 footer because someone else needed it for the same day. So they over booked. I took 20 footer and had to bring back 5 hrs later. And I got charged for mileage!!!

SHELLY JENKINSOverall it wasn’t bad, just not what we are accustomed to from our regular place. Location was awkward and uncomfortable in a liquor store. Vehicle windows were not clean, dirty napkins in the cab. Vehicle seemed in need of maintenance. I would not have felt comfortable taking it much further than the 20 miles I did.
Melinda Hagenthe truck was not running well but we did not know until we got on the road... AND we realized we needed a bigger truck so we called reservations before we even left their lot to upgrade the truck and they said this location could do that but then when we asked they said no. I think they just did not want the hassle. The truck was also leaking in the upper passerger side and got alot of our stuff wet. I am calling your company about that.

Tony WuThis location had good customer service. The music was a little too loud for my taste, but we were only in there for maybe 15 minutes. You do have to wait because it's also a liquor store (haha), so the gentleman (very nice man) takes his customers first.

dayin assafThe web site is not intuitive and just tries to push additional services like storage if you just need a truck. The guy renting the truck knew nothing about my prearranged agreement and took a half hour to figure it out. Have me just enough mileage to get from the rental source to the drop off point not considering that I needed to use the truck elsewhere which is I rented it. Had to forgo my plans because I didn’t have enough mileage. I felt cheated!

dan velderrainThis entire uhaul experience was horrible. I will never use uhaul again. Im moving out of state an now I have to make a second trip because the truck , 26 footer, I reserved wasn’t available. I was only given 4 moving blanks when I reserves 2 dozen. I was charged for fuel when I left it at the level I received it at. I called to get the blanket issue and fuel issue resolved but the want a picture of the tank reading at pickup. I thought I had one however I did not. I only have the print out of my receipt from pick up where the man Circled where I was to fill it up to. So an extra 22 dollars in charges.. I’m going to use Penske or ANYONE ELSE. Worsts experience.
Desiree MouserOwner was dismissive and did not appear to value Uhaul customers. Even though we had a "bypass the line" indication on the website from online check in (so we should have just been able to get the keys and go), we opted to be socially appropriate and wait in line anyway. After we made it to the front, the owner then proceeded to take another 4 people before we were allowed to complete our transaction and be on our way. It was okay for us to waste our time waiting through transactions for every other client in the store even though we were polite and patient. Didn't appreciate this owner's business sense.

I went to pick up the vehicle at Eds Smoke Shop as I originally requested, I clicked on 'Pick up my truck' and it notified me that I was at the wrong location. This was a frustrating start to this experience, especially because I had movers waiting for me. I still kept the rating at average because the experience after that was good and the people at Mark's market were very helpful, but U-Haul has to do better about communicating.

Christopher RomoThe location is very convenient and the owner/staff member was very helpful. However, the vehicle was very dirty. There was mud and food wrappers in the cabin. The exterior was very dirty too and the storage area was very dirty too. I had to clean the interior and disinfect it. I spent about an hour cleaning the interior, windows, steering wheel and dashboard/console, mirrors, seats and swept the rear storage. Only thing I didn't clean was the muddy floors. Given this time of COVID I was very disappointed in the condition of the truck.
