This entire uhaul experience was horrible. I will never use uhaul again. Im moving out of state an now I have to make a second trip because the truck , 26 footer, I reserved wasn't available. I was only given 4 moving blanks when I reserves 2 dozen. I was charged for fuel when I left it at the level I received it at. I called to get the blanket issue and fuel issue resolved but the want a picture of the tank reading at pickup. I thought I had one however I did not. I only have the print out of my receipt from pick up where the man Circled where I was to fill it up to. So an extra 22 dollars in charges.. I'm going to use Penske or ANYONE ELSE. Owner was dismissive and did not appear to value Uhaul customers. Even though we had a "bypass the line" indication on the website from online check in (so we should have just been able to get the keys and go), we opted to be socially appropriate and wait in line anyway. After we made it to the front, the owner then proceeded to take another 4 people before we were allowed to complete our transaction and be on our way. It was okay for us to waste our time waiting through transactions for every other client in the store even though we were polite and patient. Didn't appreciate this owner's business sense.Shawn M.
The worst experience of my life !!! I'll never recommend U-Haul, I returned the truck Sunday and I receive the final bill and they charge me 3 addionaks days and gas fee . U-Haul is the worstPatricio G.

The pickup and drop off location was changed without notice. I went to pick up the vehicle at Eds Smoke Shop as I originally requested, I clicked on 'Pick up my truck' and it notified me that I was at the wrong location. This was a frustrating start to this experience, especially because I had movers waiting for me. I still kept the rating at average because the experience after that was good and the people at Mark's market were very helpful, but U-Haul has to do better about communicating.Vanessa P.

The location is very convenient and the owner/staff member was very helpful. However, the vehicle was very dirty. There was mud and food wrappers in the cabin. The exterior was very dirty too and the storage area was very dirty too. I had to clean the interior and disinfect it. I spent about an hour cleaning the interior, windows, steering wheel and dashboard/console, mirrors, seats and swept the rear storage. Only thing I didn't clean was the muddy floors. Given this time of COVID I was very disappointed in the condition of the truck.Octavio N.

Went to pick up from a different location in Chino and there was nobody there, came to this location and the guys were excellent and rented on the spot, good, friendly and reliable service. Will use again.Richard P.
Customer service was terrible. The U-Haul transaction was located in a liquor store. Only one person working the U-Haul section and as the cashier in the market section. He had to keep stopping my transaction to complete the walk-ins for the liquor store. Please he wasn't very pleasant.Mary Z.

If possible, the rental trucks should have full gas tanks when a customer gets his rental vehicle so he could proceed to his destination immediately after getting it. Time spent refilling the gas tank before returning the vehicle should no longer be a problem because the trip is already done. The gentleman at the dealership at this location was great. The truck was ready at my appointment time and did it's job. I would recommend this location to those near it for u haul rentals.STEVENSON K.

I did not know the rate was a flat fee rate. The pricing was not explained to me. I paid $145.00 flat fee rate. Yet as usual, I expected to be refunded money and only pay the rental and mileage. It would have been great if I got a detailed explanation about the incurred charges.VANESSA H.

My pickup time for the truck was 10 AM. However when I reached the location at 9:40 AM, the person in the store said that someone has not returned the key and the truck therefore I will not have the truck . This made me to call the u-haul International customer service where they directed me to the San Bernardino location. I was on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and it hung up. I got the direct number to SB location and tried to give a call however it was not going through. I was so frustrated that I I have to call and do multiple search to get a pickup truck that was already reserved. I received the truck by 10:15 AM. This made me delaying at my pickup item.Ann V.

We originally booked our truck rental in Eastvale for our move between two Eastville houses. When the U-Haul agent open the back of the truck there were cockroaches. She was very kind and said she would find us another truck and the only one we could get was in Ontario. It was a further drive so we paid extra gas mileage we spent an hour at the Eastville location waiting for her to find another one for us.Overall renting a truck from U-Haul waste of time and money. The Ontario location was in a crowded little store and the appliance dolly was sitting out in the dirt with plants tangled up around it. It felt very sketchy there. I would not rent a truck from this location ever again And I am very disappointed that we ended up spending extra money to have to drive far out of our way to rent a truck because the one that was close to home had cockroaches in it.THOMAS E.

The store owner was rude. He asked that i take a picture of the gas and mileage upon return and grabbed my phone then walked away with my phone. He proceeded to tell me he did not believe me and went to check himself. He charged me for 10extra miles that were not on the truck until i argued with him. I have rented 3 trucks in the last 2 weeks and he was the absolute rudest person i have ever come in contact and i have used uhaul many times in 18yrs. I would never recommend this rental site to anyone.TERISA C.

I only drive 15 miles. And I add 1 gallon, and then when I return it , they told me the gas not enough, they let me add more . I said 15miles 1 gallon is really enough for that 10 size truck. They said no. Ok . Then I add another 2 gallons. They guy told me someone before me was lie to them , that's why I had to pay for their mistake. 3 gallon for only 15 miles ! Good job .Jiajun Y.

Truck was very dirty. Couldn't see out of the windshield. Had less than a half of tank of gas. Before I returned the truck I replaced the gas. The guy insisted it had more than half a tank of gas and charged me an extra $16. A rental that started at $19.95 ended up being $84.41. Only had the truck for 2 1/2 hours! Ridiculous! The gentleman at the market tried to get me to take a U-Haul truck that did not require a key to start. When he put the key in the ignition, he could not take it out and was forced to give me a different truck. All in all, I waited an hour and a half for all this to transpire. Terrible!LUIS G.

The location was alright. Could definitely be cleaner but it isn't terrible. The truck that I rented seemed to pretty well maintained and was mostly clean but had a very unpleasant smell inside the cab.Eric S.

Have the truck check for to much play in the steering wheel. Add pavement where the trucks are parked that will help with how dirty and dusty the trucks get. Fix the latch on the hood for the truck I drove, I could not get it to shut all the way down close. The vibration and noise in the cab of the truck hurts your ears.Anita G.
