The truck was dusty and smells bad, the brakes are terrible. Wouldn't go back there. Also U-Haul changed my reservation to this location for no reason.

We had reservation at 9am and came 10 minutes early but we didn’t leave till 10:00am because worker didn’t know how to look up reservation. We tried to show her our email cause she kept calling me and my wife liars and kept trying to charge our card extra by attempting to make a new transaction. Then we called Thomas (the manager) and told him what was going on and he tried to help but she wouldn’t even talk to him to try to see what the problem was and see how he could help her. After about an 45 minutes she finally found the reservation and told us we had to act as walk in customers since we were “late” and we had about another 15 minute argument before her husband came out and helped us out.

The man was rude & clearly didn't want to help us. The place was dirty and it was a food store!! I felt I was over charged from what we had agreed to.

Regarding the above: it is a tiny, old liquor store. Despite handling those customers, the gentleman was very kind and courteous. Would be a difficult location on a very busy day!!

The truck was perfect, it just wasn’t cleaned out. A lot of dirt, screws and nails were on the floor. But the truck ran great and it was the perfect size. I was able to fit the entire contents of the house.

Rainy day and lots of big puddles in the dirt (mud) parking area. Paperwork was quickly processed.
