I was appreciative to obtain a rental truck on short notice and the rental operator was very pleasant and professional. I was able to successfully commute and perform the move however I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the truck. Understandably these 10' box trucks are old models, however it felt grubby in the interior, dashboard warning lights were on, windshield wipers need replacing and quite a bit of wind noise through the driver side window when on the highway.

Nadeem AkbarDoor lock of cargo was broken and I have been stopped by 2-3 cars. I have suggested not to drive vehicles it’s dangerous for others. Then shop keeper did not even inform that lock is broken and not got the any extra things to keep it close.

muhammad waseemI was disappointed that my reservation changed the day of but it worked out alright in the end. I was compensated for the inconvenience. The convenience store owner was nice and lovely. The patking lot is a bit too tight, so maneuvering the van was a bit difficult.

PAKEEKARAN THURAINAYAGAMEverything was okay but when I checked the receipt they charged me double. I picked up the truck at 4.45pm and told the lady working there that I’ll return it within 2 hours. I returned the truck at 6.40pm and told to do the post inspection and calculation. The lady on store told me that her husband will come and do the inspection and told us to drop the key and go. At around midnight I received the receipt and they charged me until 10.30pm and doubled the charges which is totally unfair.

MIAN IQBALThe location seems to be okay a bit sketchy but friendly store owners. The 9ft cargo van i rented was completely disgusting, the interior was filled with garbage and food debris, the whole truck had a bad smell to it and got worse when a/c was turned on. I usually rent at the uhaul company it self on kingston but this time had no other option because i needed to move some things in a hurry. Next time wont be going to a convince store.

ZISHANMOHAMMADZA HAQThe cargo van was filthy - several personal items left over from previous customers. Certainly wasn't sanitised. The people were nice and let me extend the rental a bit, but it was obvious that the UHaul operation of their store is not a priority.
DANIELBRIAN COMBESI found out my first booking location was closed upon arrival and the website was no help at all so after calling an operator managed to find another location which was 30 minutes away. When I arrived I was delayed further because it was a convenience store and the clerk made me wait while she sold cigarettes to another customer who came after me but he couldn’t decide which to buy which took even more of my time. I said something and she was extremely rude. The service was awful and the van quite dirty with low tire pressure in the back wheel which she didn’t tell me about. I ended up missing an important pick up appointment as a result. The whole experience was stressful to say the least. Improvement tips: make sure the businesses you licence are open when we book for that day and time. Second make sure your businesses are professional enough to handle vehicle rental customers if you want repeat business. Next time I will use another company

VIHITHARAN RASASINGHAMFirst I will like to complain , because I booked the truck online, stating i will return the truck to a different location near me. However, when i got to pick up the truck, the retailer tells me i have to return it to the same location, when my reservation clearly stated i will drop off in another location close to me, so i had to pay double for the miles going and for the miles returning the truck. SECONDLY, on my reservation, i stated having the truck for the standard 24hours from 3:00pm Tuesday to 3:00pm on Wednesday. However, when i picked the truck, on my way , i got a text message to return the truck at 2am, and when i returned it at 7am the next day in the morning , i was charged online for a double period. I will like you guys to straighten out your terms and possibly give me a refund, as i booked and reserved the truck on firm terms and conditions.
