U-Haul needs to fix the drivers visor as it is broken. The trucks SHOULD BE full with fuel, the one I rented was almost empty when I rented the box truck. I rented the same type truck in Canyon Lake TX the day before and it was in excellent condition and full of gas! All equipment worked perfectly and had NO issues.

Have actual access to the truck if we reserve it online and request the mobile pick up instead of the in person pick up, and have more than one person in the office (I waited about 40-50 mins to get my rental).

It only had one truck I had to wait over half an hour to get the truck

Make sure the charges are accurate I was charged for 2 days and only had it 7 hrs and some other charge was doubled mistakenly all of it led to overdraft of my account and excess charges that of which I have to personally pay out of my pocket..it was however not the attendants fault

U-haul web portal did not work. Sat around for 20 minutes before representative called in to push contract through over the phone. Also vehicle smelled of cigarettes and rubber.
