Larry JDropped my trailer on January 21st and was billed for 2 additional days claiming it was returned on the 23rd. I will not pay for someone's inability to do their job. If your customer service can't help me I will be disputing this with my bank. And will not rent uhaul ever again.

brad kLocation did not open until 7 pm. Your rep here called me at noon and confirmed with me that I dropped the truck and keys off. He stream lined the process VERY well and made what was a struggle at the beginning with your other rep very pleasurable and seamless at the end. This individual was good about customer service.
