We ordered a dolly to help with our move, it was not in the truck when we picked it up. This made our move difficult. Also, the code did not work to access the key. We had to call support for assistance. Not a great experience.

I had many issues picking up my uhaul had to drive 30 minutes after my guarantee was incorrect. Then never got my 50$ refund because they don’t care I will never recommend uhaul to anyone

If a customer orders moving pads and you can’t provide them, then you should tell them in advance. Also dirty trucks are a poor image.

Location was changed three times and turned out to be a 2-hour drive from where I requested pickup. Nothing was said about this, up front, the location of pickup just kept changing with the usual excuses, "lots of holiday use." Location was out in the middle of nowhere.

Very easy access. U-Haul is not their primary business, so there were some computer access delays, but the staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming

My experience with the self-checkout was horrendous. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service establishing checkout. This extended and already long day. Checking back in requires customer service again. As well, the check in location changed. Whether it was the holiday period or the on-line app, I would never recommend this feature from Uhaul.

Went to return truck on same day I rented, couldnt find drop box. Called uhaul help line. They said trucks on one side of the road, office for drop box on the other. So dropped key. When I clicked on info for receipt my acct says zero. I returned truck to drop off point same day I rented. With full tank of gas and my limited mileage of 40 miles. Not sure what is going on? Please contact me if any questions? I also called the business owner and let them know. Thank you have a good day

I was billed twice after trying to explain to the lady that I had already done the process online, she insisted to do it again on her own, and put in my credit card info again after I made it CLEAR I WAS AFRAID OF BEING DOUBLE BILLED.

This was a disaster. I had to change the reservation 3 times. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the quoted cost was $102. Sign says $19.95/day. Wow. What a scam. Plus $10 for gas. Then when I picked up the truck, the rep took about 30 min to prepare the paperwork. This delay made my son who was helping me, late to work. The rep took to other calls and a walk in during the time she was "helping" me. I should have been taken care of before taking calls or helping anyone else. I will let others I know in my county know to stay away from Uhaul

My truck and trailer were not ready. The women in office did not know what to do. They went to a nearby donut shop and a customer said he knew how to hook the trainer to the truck, but no one knew how to put my car on the trailer. We figured it out, but upon drop off were informed that it was not corrected loaded and could had rolled off. The whole process took 2 hours.

No one is ever there. you just drop it and go. If you have problems or questions no on answers the phone. I am not happy that I was charged extra for mileage as I didn't see this on my contract.

My only concern is how much gas prices can range from one UHaul provider to another. West Point Virginia charges 89 cents per mile and Providence Forge Virginia (20 miles away maybe) is 1.69 per mile? I ordered a Uhaul in West Point for a day and the charge was 41.00 due to circumstances beyond my control I had to change to March Mini Storage & UHaul and just within a 20 mile difference I wound up having to pay 141.00 for a 1 day rental....9:00 to 5:00. Just seems a little off to me. There really shouldn't be THAT much difference between providers. And this is the reason that I would not recommend this company to my friends.

I had to call Uhaul and ask that this location (2 miles from my house) be designated my prefer drop off . Uhaul had me going out of my way 20 plus miles to drop off.

Person wasn't there to do the rental. An employee of their other business just happened to in. She was nice and I was late in arriving but it was kind of discouraging since the employee did not have access to the computer for reservations. Fortunately though she called UHAUL and they did it over the phone. Worked out in the end

we went to reserve the truck for two days and the owner said "you don't need to the truck will be there tomorrow". We went to pick up the truck the next day and he had rented it out. We got another truck but we had to bring it back the next day and get another truck that cost more because it was a larger truck. We also paid extra milage to trade the trucks. At this point I don't believe we will ever rent a Uhaul again. There are other companies available.

Perform better maintenance on your vehicles. Your process is well done, everyone was friendly and courteous. My only complaint was the mechanical condition of the vehicle provided. It had a bad vibration at highway speeds, needed the truck and couldn't return or would have.

I rent a truck every couple of months, and have picked up in several locations with very professional staff. I usually have a guaranteed pick-up time of 10am, but often show up early with no problems. This time, however, the representative did not show up until nearly 10:30.

When I reached my destination and tried to turn in truck and hauler, the phone number was answered by a recording referencing a realty agency. The person who finally answered on the second day was a care taker who knew little of the business and told me to keep the vehicles until the end of the week. I never reached the Mini storage people, finally calling the regional U-haul manager to find how to return the rentals.When I told the Storage proprietor about their phone problem, they still didn't correct the problem-their voice mail just said you had reached another number and leave a message! I never received an explanation for their absence or apology for my week's worth of frustration trying to return the rented vehicles. I would never recommend this agency to anyone nor would I ever deal with them again. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a business. The difference in the two locations was night and day.

I was looking for a car carrier and not a dolly car carrier. I had some trouble locating one and had to have two local dealers in the Richmond area search to find one. They worked together and found the one in Quinton. It worked very well for me and I was pleased with their service. They were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone interested in using a Uhaul product.

Me and my family will never use UHAUL services again. Charged for the gas when I filled it up to the point I picked it up at. Called to speak with someone to resolve the issue and nobody ever returned my messages. The place was a wreck, never staffed, and I was not allowed to use the UHAUL site about a mile from my house. The was an overall awful experience and I wouldn't recommend UHAUL to anyone.

Needs to be made clear when dropping off a U-Haul vehicle using the night drop whether one remains responsible for it or not. My thought is the customer dropped it off at a U-Haul location so should not be responsible for it, but there seems to be some who think the customer is. Is the customer or not? It's like calling the IRS and getting a different response to the same question every time you call. This location was great and very helpful. My aforementioned comments apply to U-Haul in general calling the 1.800.GOUHAUL number.

I reserved the truck 2 weeks in advance and was told it would be about $100.00. When I came to pay and p-up the truck I was told it would be about $100.00 AND 99 cents per mile over 30 miles. I HAD to take it because of all of the planning. I went about 70 miles so it's going to cost me a lot more than I was told. I should be reimbursed for the extra charge. Also, I don't remember that stipulation in the past. You can see for yourself this isn't the first time I've used UHaul. It may however, be my last. Is this a common practice? How many people relocate one way within 15 miles of where they are moving? Also, does anyone tune these trucks? 30 bucks in gas to go 70 miles.Not to mention I paid them $60 per month on storage for 2 years.
