They were so friendly. The rental process quick and easy! If needed I'd definitely rent from them again! The owners wife was so sweet! The process of moving is already stressful enough and having to rent a UHaul was by far the least stressful thing in the whole process at this location! ¡Gracias!

Michael TI have always had good experiences renting with U-Haul in the past. However, this recent online van pick up experience was not one of them. Problems with the U-Haul system made the process of actually picking up the van very difficult and lengthy. I am not happy about this at all and hope that I never have another similar experience if I use U-Haul again in the future.
John MI received the truck with half of the tank of gas. But you have to returned full. So, I had to pay almost 50 USD in gas when I didn't expend that much just because U-haul didn't give to me full as they request you to fill it. Bad experience this time.

Vesta Lyou guys altered my contract without my consent or knowledge told me id refunded when vehicle was returned and it couldnt be credited to any current or pending extensions or charges now that its back and theres a mileage balance left im being told by rude ass service agents that NOW itll just be deducted from balance thats not how this works when for 2-3 weeks i was told by 2 othwr managers it HAD TO BE REFUNDED THEY COULDNT DO CREDITING TO MY RESERVATION OR BALANCE this is now multiple instances of fraud and breach of trust/contract w fraudulent intent on behalf of your store clerk who altered my contract to begin w and your staff and ive also noticed i was charged 77 dollars coverage (again not asked for was added illegally) on extensions that were for a day or 2 days 77 is for 7 days so i was charged a weeks worth of insurance i had illegally slipped into my rental on extensions that were not a week of time and have multiple times shown on my card statements where this happened i was told i would be REFUNDED that amount if it isnt i will be filing criminal charges against the company all staff who have been overcharging me your location who initially defrauded me and altered my reservation without my consent and have all phone calls w uhaul recorded as you guys do given its a one party state no more double talk shit from yall i’ll finish paying the balance when i see what im owed back hit my account till then expect to criminal and civil action incoming
david mGreat location, secure to leave your vehicle. Owner/operator went out of his way to ensure all was good with the truck. very pleasant to work with.

Omar AThe whole process was super easy. Excellent communication and service. Friendly, kind and professional manager helped me reserve the van by phone and was also helpful at pickup. Final invoice was exactly what I expected. No suprises and I appreciat that. Wonderful to work with. Van was clean and in great condition and easy to drive and park. I appreciated that gas tank was full when I picked it up so I returned it full. I liked that the van had a newer remote key fob so locking and unlocking was easy however, since this made the key fob wider, it did not fit in the key drop drop. It would be great if key fob fit in the drop box so I could have returned the key after hours. I needed to return the next day with the key. Minor inconvenience to return the key the next day, but overall, excellent positive experience. We moved a student from one apartment to another and it made it so much easier to have a large van. I also rented a dolly/hand truck to make it easier to move furniture and boxes and that was super helpful too. Van and equipment was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great service!
Maureen LCheck the van for broken or non working items prior to renting to someone else . Power mirror defective and horn didn't work. Needs new shocks.
Richard LMy orig drop off location was not valid. Took several phone calls and over an hour to be reassigned a new drop off location. All uhaul ppl were helpful and kind on the phone but that doesn't change the fact that my location was wrong and I lost about 2 hours out of my moving day due to trying to return uhaul.
Erin MLocation was fine. We used the app so didn't actually talk to a person. I will say the app needs work. It took us forever to check-in because the screen kept turning black and I had to start over. It kept switching names that I had in the system too. When we went to return the truck the same thing happened. I started to take pictures but the screen went black. I had to close the app and when I opened it again I could not get back to the point where I could take pictures. Very frustrated with everything on the app side. Take that out of consideration and the rental was great.

NICHOLAS HOverall good experience. No answer to my question about parking my personal vehicle on the premises though. Van in overall ok shape. Horn did not work. Side mirror on right could not be adjusted. The lock to retrieve the key took a while to unlock. Very finicky.

Sarah JThe pick up process is good, but the truck wasn't filled up to full when I picked up which was very confusing. It only have about 3/8 tank full and I ended up filling 3/8 tank more than I used. For nowadays gas price it was $30 more than I should spend.
ZHIFEI LThe owner was fantastic to work with. Everything was ready and the process was very efficient. Great interaction with the owner, who was pleasant and helpful.

roy GLights on trailer did not work. Had to scramble to find another er trailer in area. Then told at other location the transaction would not go through because the towing vehicle with trailer wets not rated to haul the towed vehicle. It was fine in original on line reservation and I have towed in this combo 4 x previously. They said the actual trailer they had was not rated for the weight. BUT then they called and tweaked the system to get it to work. Seemed kinda sketchy.

Calvin SThis is NOT the location that I reserved the trailer for. I went to the location that I was SUPPOSED TO get the trailer from and was told they don't even handle trailers. You need to update your system to reflect this.

JOHN GI went through the online/mobile return confirmation process which was fairly simple. However, I was asked to pay for fuel and I DID NOT approve the fuel charge because I left the fuel level the same as when I picked up the rental truck. Again, I did not approve the fuel charge and a message advised that someone would be called me within the next 48 hours to discuss the fuel charge. No one contacted me as of 9/9/2021 and I was charged the fuel charge, again, WITHOUT, my approval and NO ONE from uHaul contacted me to discuss this matter. I am requesting a full refund of the fuel charge please.
