There was so much snow in the parking lot that I was unable to park my truck in it. I had to leave it in the small parking lot in front of the drop box and the coffee shop.

They not only helped me in my closing of the pay efficiently and actually gave me a ride back to my home and I even was able to get my booster vaccine all in this drop off trip. This business is amazing.

sara N.The truck was filthy dirty inside and out. I had to thoroughly clean the cab, clean the windows and sweep out the back. it took me an hour and set my trip back. A person who rented this before me had dogs and they messed inside the cab. It was awful. The owner at the rental location was friendly, though. He tried to make things right.
GERALD JOSEPH P.The only thing that was not convenient was we had to take truck back to original location instead of a drop off place by our house so had to pay for return trip mileage.
BRADLEY JAMES S.The Trucks front end was bowed. The front tires were completely bald and bowing. I am surprised the truck even made it to the end destination without a blown tire or some other kind of failure. Moving blankets were not provided. I was sent on a goose chase to other UHaul vendors which were not willing to provide the moving blankets. I finally found a U Haul vendor who was willing to help and provided the blankets. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had when renting a vehicle. I plan on calling customer service as I don't think that I should be paying full price for a poorly maintained truck and poor customer service.

JUDY ANN H.You guys can improve it by not having your sales rep saying Jesus Christ because I didn't have a bank account. I was also 15 minutes early to drop off my U-Haul and the guy didn't show up until 9 AM and then when he showed up he didn't help me until about 9:30 AM.
