This location was low on stock. I could've used a small box box truck but they only had the largest size box truck so I had to get a friend with a truck and hitch to tow a large box trailer for me. Other than that, they met me during an ice storm to rent to me and there was zero hassle!rebecca B.

I took the uhaul back a day early and thank god I did because my drop off day the location was going to be closed due to a parade and I was not informed about thisPatience H.
I reserved this location with a pickup time of 8am. However, they do not even open until 9am. That information was misleading.Josh D.
I did a pre-order. Went to pick it up was an issue with the website. Ended up waiting 1 and 1/2 hours. The supervisor gave me a good deal for being so patient. I received a text today stating I had a late fee. Come to find out it wasn't checked in right. Didn't ha e a very good experience.Louis A.

No blocks to hold up trailer, we had to go down the road and find big rocks to block the trailer. Pickup was awful and we had requested a utility trailer and ended up switching us to an enclosed cargo trailer. We had spent 45 minutes at a different location, and they had the trailer we needed, but they said after 45 minutes of waiting that their system wasn't working so they couldn't rent us a trailer bad experience overall.Darian S.
