The windows were so dirty that you could barely see out the passenger window. Other than that, the van was fine

I felt like I spent a lot more than what I expected. The gas tank was not full when we got it, but we had to fill it up anyway. That was my issue.

This location ripped me off. When I dropped off my truck the tank was filled and there was no damage. But the owner of the location wasn’t there so his wife told me to just leave the key. Then I found out I’d been charged for fuel and damage. Very unethical.

Improve the app and the pickup process. Calling someone to verify my identify after I already have my license is a bit much.

I’m extremely disappointed with the last minute change in pickup location that’s 20 miles away from my home. Further away from the initial pickup location. This took place an hour and a half before the actual scheduled pickup and added a level of inconvenience and mileage expense that was unacceptable. Unless I am refunded a fair amount of the extra expense, this would be be the 7 mile difference between the original pickup location and the new one x 2 for both the pickup and drop off, I’ll never patronize UHaul again.

dispute gas refuel charges: vehicle was actually left with more fuel than when the rental period began. I have photographic proof which includes fuel gauge and mileage

The check out process took a half hour. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Finally after 30 minutes our transaction finally went through and we were given the keys.
