The windows were so dirty that you could barely see out the passenger window. Other than that, the van was fine

FRANKJAMES CI’m extremely disappointed with the last minute change in pickup location that’s 20 miles away from my home. Further away from the initial pickup location. This took place an hour and a half before the actual scheduled pickup and added a level of inconvenience and mileage expense that was unacceptable. Unless I am refunded a fair amount of the extra expense, this would be be the 7 mile difference between the original pickup location and the new one x 2 for both the pickup and drop off, I’ll never patronize UHaul again.
