Julia ColemanThey had two locations with the same address and both of them had storage building on them. The way I came from I ran into to address I thought was the drop off spot but, the area to place the trailer was narrow. Later I past this location to discover that there was another location with the same address approximately a quarter mile down the road. I saw other U-Haul trailers there so I went back to the first location and pick up the trailer and brought it to the second location so I wouldn't get charged with dropping it off at the wrong location.

PERRY LENLynne is the greatest! She was always available and took care of me when my account was hacked. She set up my new card in the system and was very professional and caring. When we had to move out of our unit, she walked me through the whole process. After 3 yrs of doing business with the staff, I can honestly say, they are awesome!!

Justin BenefieldOn first arrival, couldn’t get the door completely open. The latches on the door are damaged and need to be replaced. I never did have time to meet the manager there to show them the problem. However, it seems like that should be inspected before rendering it to someone. Also, I’d your in a moving truck or pulling a trailer, access is terrible because there is nowhere to turn around. You either have to back in from a busy road, or back out into a busy road.

Francine SharpleyUsing the app to perform remote pick up is problematic. The area does not have good cell coverage. It took me about 25 minutes to complete. I had to drive away from the location to initiate the process then rush back to take pictures and other things. Uploading a picture of license was problematic.

No one to help unhitch, didn’t know what to do, had to do it all via phone. Stepped in ant bed under all grass clippings. Just a storage location, no office at all.

Nathan PippinThis was a drop off location with drop off box. The business was a gated storage facility. We could not get access inside the business area and had to leave the truck outside by the fence. I did not feel comfortable leaving the truck. I wish the site would have said this was just a drop off site with no personnel.
Otha NelsonWe picked our reserved truck up & it was on Empty. They said they would credit our account $35...it took over $75 to fill up the truck. After we returned the truck on time, We were charged for an extra day that we did not ask for or use & instead of them making it right immediately they said it would take a few days to fix & we really needed that $. They should have refunded us the $ right away.
