Roger U.Go over return procedures at the time of delivery, to prepare for after hours drop off with minimal lighting in parking lot. I turn off various features on my phone and unable to upload and verify location in accordance with the app. All is still good. I prefer U-Haul services.

Rocky H.During the rental, the cable connecting the vehicle's electricity to the trailer came loose and dragged on the roadway for about an hour. It severed the electrical connection so we hand no trailer lights. I made a request for roadside assistance through the website. After about 2 hours the website said a vendor had shown up but, in fact, no vendor showed up. I called and waited for 2 hours for someone to pick up, but no one ever did. I texted the person who was supposed to be working with me, he never responded. I eventually bought some tape and a knife and rigged up a connection. If it had been a real emergency, I don't know what would have happened.
Michael V.This was a very confusing drop off location. An older man walked up to my son took the uhual key from him and walked away. I approached him inside our uhual and had to ask who he was and what he was doing in our uhual! I didn't know if he was a complete stranger, car thief or what. He had no name tag no identification and was wearing normal outdoor apparel. Very unprofessional. Pick up and drop off locations I believe should be more organized and employees should be wearing some sort of identification for safety's sake. Their is to many criminals out there

Waiting for hours till they get there
michael N.I paid for 2 dollies and furniture pads and didn't receive any in the haul. Also, one of the uhauls wheel was shaking, power steering was horrible, and brakes are almost complete gone.
