For this current location that I picked up in Morro Bay there is nothing you could do better they were perfectBRANDON W.
There appeared to be issues with communication about receiving 2 additional days for free due to the holidays. I called twice to confirm that I was not going to get charged. The first call mentioned that there was no indication of this but then upon reviewing the email there was no indication of the change. I had to call again to confirm and they told me that I was all set to be able to deliver it on Sunday without a charge.Ivan M.

I would recommend the location but not U-Haul! It's a total rip off! They charge you to rent the vehicle, charge by the mileage, plus you have to fill up gas and pay to wash vehicle. So overrated! Will never rent a U-Haul again.TAMMY M.

The car carrier was in fair shape. There were some items that needed to be repaired. The driver side cross bar was bent and rusted, the passenger side fender had some missing bolts and the passenger side wheel holder seemed to be shorter than the other.MATTHEW S.

The worst possible service in my history of renting with uhaul when I made the reservation I requested to pick up in the same city I was moving from spent almost 2 hours waiting for customer service to get on the line when they finally did the first person I spoke with scheduled my pick up in Goshen its going north of the opposite direction I was going ok slight inconvenience. Now the second person I spoke with who called to confirm my reservation changed the date and pick up location so I had to spent another 145min waiting for a reservation specialist to fix the errors and date for pick up when they called to confirm they had me drive 38 to a small town where the equipment was dirty and the guy that was filling our contract out didn't really know how so he had to call another guy who did and the the overall checking out process took over an hour then the guy could not print out my contract nor did he know about any of the equipment I reserved. Then when they called me to drop off the uhaul they expected me to drive 35min south to drop the truck off mind you this is a one way JH truck so I said no there is a dealership close by I will leave there then as I'm parked getting out the truck to return it some employee hit my parked truck with a jack to move trailers as I was returning my truck so overall a horrible experience next time I need to move I'd rather pay more and get my money's worth using a more reasonable and responsible companyAMANDA M.

When dropping off the U-Haul truck I could not find the key drop off box. I was given instructions and I followed them, so that was very frustrating to not have found one and had to make a trip the next morning.Serena M.
