I was scheduled to pick up in Minot, ND. On the day before pick up, I was told they had no trailers and had to drive over 100 miles to pick up this one. Very inconvenient considering the reservation was made 3 months in advance and I had driven across the country.Robert C.

The two gentlemen that hooked the trailer to my truck did not do a very good job, 20 miles down the road, trailer came unhooked from vehicle, no damage to my truck, but was some to the trailer. I was not impressed when I received a phone call the day before I was to pickup the uhaul in Bismarck at the location I had reserved several weeks in advance, and was told that there were zero in Bismarck and my only option was to drive to Hazen 112 miles out of my way to get oneMerle H.

Originally reserved the truck 3 weeks in advance in Bismarck, ND, but was notified 2 days in advance that we would have to pick up the truck in Hazen, ND. This inconvenience took 3 hours out of 2 individuals time to pick up the truck and would have added extra miles on our vehicle so rented a car and ended up paying to get a rock chip repaired in the rental car's windshield, which would not have happened if we would have picked up the truck at our original location. Would recommend that a U-Haul representative deliver the truck to the location you originally reserve it at and not have the customer be inconvenienced, as moving can be stressful enough. Otherwise, have always been very satisfied with the U-Haul experience.Patrick S.
