Ordered the truck at one location but had to pick up at another. The inside was muddy and the outside was very dirty. The low tire light was on and not addressed. Had to have the truck back at noon but got there and the business was closed from 11:30 until 1:00 for lunchDave W.

I requested a 20 ft uhaul, got a 10 ft. Even though up the road at the hardware store was 2 x 20 ft uhauls. Still paid the same price as a 20 ft and got a 10ft. Very dissatisfied. Tried to call and talk to an agent, spent 25 minutes on hold. Horrible customer service and will not use uhaul again.Anthony P.

When trailer was hooked up i was told that all the lights were working. As soon as i left the pickup facility i got stopped by a police officer and get a warning for the right tail light not working. I had to go to a uhaul service center in pueblo colorado where the people there where able to replace the light module and get it working again.Jana D.
My issue with this check-in was the attendant stopping what he was doing with my check-in to wait on someone else who came in after me who wanted an oil change. That made my check-in take longer and was cutting into my 5 hour rental time. On a good note, they didn't have the dolly I reserved so he gave me a utility dolly for no charge.Christina T.

Mike, the Man helping me pick up the trailer seemed to be having some trouble with the internet signal. In todays world it seems to me that he should not have these problems when customers are trying to pick up units. For some people time is very important. I stopped in after I was done with the 26 foot truck to see where I should park it, (they have a very small parking area). I was told where to park so I I told the guy I'd go get the truck, when I got back the guy was gone. I left the key and cotract in the drop box and kept calling the business with an answering machine full. I finally reached him late the next day and he said he hadn't looked in the drop box yet. Glad I didn't get charged for another day.MAX B.

Majestic Lube was fine. U Haul reservations was terrible. They made for a terrible very bad no good move. We reserved a 26' truck weeks in advance. We called and confirmed the morning before. They called an hour later and gave our truck to someone else. They only had a 15' truck. All bad with no notice to prepare.Richard T.
My truck was not ready at the appointed time. The staff member wasn't there when I arrived. There was another customer waiting before me and I didn't get the truck until 45 minutes after I was supposed to. I returned the truck at 3:30, which was within the 5 hour rental time but because of the delayed pick up time due to the employees at Majestic Lube in Canon City I was charged an extra fee for returning it 1/2 hour late. Since the pick up time was scheduled for 10:00 and I didn't get the truck until 10:45 I think the extra charge was not fair. Kathy Guenther.Kathy G.

NO IMPROVEMENT NEEDED. THE WRONG DROP OFF WAS ON OUR PAPERS FOR SOME REASON AND WE RETURNED THE TRUCK TO CANON CITY, CO WHICH IS WHERE WE HAD THOUGHT IT WAS TO GO. THAT IS THE DROP OFF NEAREST US. THE GENTLEMAN AT THE MAJESTIC LUBE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GOT THE MATTER STRAIGHTENED OUT. WE THANKED HIM FOR HIS HELP AND SAID WE WOULD RETURN WHEN NEEDING ANOTHER TRUCK.James C.

Uhaul moved my pickup location to a location one hour further away. I had to get a smaller truck in order to avoid the long drive. Because of that, I couldn't fit it all inside and now I have to rent another truck. Very disappointed.Corey M.

Have the trailers you advertise that you have. I reserved a small trailer and you didn't have it. Then I was told over the phone I was getting a discounted price because they didn't have the small trailer but if get a bigger one for $20. When I got there I had to pay $35. I even didn't get insurance to make it more expensive. So I was overcharged $15 feom what she said I would have had to pay. Not very happy. Love the guys at majestic lube thoughKara V.

I have used U-Haul before with many of my moves. This experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST of all my times renting from U-Haul. I reserved my truck on june 10th or 11th....in Colorado. A 26 fter was reserved . On june 26th on a conversation with a U-Haul representative they informed me that there was no guarantee that I would have my truck. There were two 15 ft trucks available but that at that time there were no 26 foot trucks available. When i mentioned to her I had already paid for a 26 foot truck, she laughed and said well that did not reserve me one. She made me aware there was a shortage of 26 foot trucks available. I told her that I was suppose to move on Saturday 29th and had movers coming to load me that I had already paid close to 500.00 . She said well, that is your problem, that's between you and them. I made her aware that my agreement with them was based on the reservation I had with U-Haul. All that to say..she did tell me that if I wanted to cancel my reservation I could. I told her that would serve no purpose at this late date. So, the best she told me that they would contact me on thursday to let me know what was happening, but to not count on a 26ft truck and prepare for 2 15ft trucks.Based on that information, with me being a single guy, no other driver with me, I did what i had to do, found a driver in Tenn. (where i was moving to) bought him a ticket to fly him to Colorado to help me drive the trucks ( With my Honda in an auto carrier) back to Tenn. Cost was 200.00 one way. On Thursday after receiving no information by 300 pm..I call U-haul and find out there would be a truck available. Not in the town i lived in, but within 30 miles. I went to get the truck and my auto hauler the next morning. I had paid for 24 blankets....they only had 10 I had paid for a furniture dolly..they had none. I was charged an extra 13.00 for something I do not know what. I was grateful for my truck and the auto hauler. My moved started 2 hours later that I had scheduled. But Mostly, my concern is for the lack of concern for my happiness about the maybe we have it...maybe we don't attitude of the people in the customer service area. Not One time did she express an attitude of sorry for this trouble or I understand your frustrations. The guy at premier furniture was exceptional helping me check in and listening to me. No discount for less blankets..no discount for no furniture dolly and no concerns about my move going thru.Ralph T.
