the truck had a tire blowout after loaded, and all lugnuts were lost on highway. the repair person who came to repair the tire was most helpful and questioned driver who had released the truck for a long range trip.

Majestic Lube was fine. U Haul reservations was terrible. They made for a terrible very bad no good move. We reserved a 26' truck weeks in advance. We called and confirmed the morning before. They called an hour later and gave our truck to someone else. They only had a 15' truck. All bad with no notice to prepare.

My truck was not ready at the appointed time. The staff member wasn't there when I arrived. There was another customer waiting before me and I didn't get the truck until 45 minutes after I was supposed to. I returned the truck at 3:30, which was within the 5 hour rental time but because of the delayed pick up time due to the employees at Majestic Lube in Canon City I was charged an extra fee for returning it 1/2 hour late. Since the pick up time was scheduled for 10:00 and I didn't get the truck until 10:45 I think the extra charge was not fair. Kathy Guenther.

NO IMPROVEMENT NEEDED. THE WRONG DROP OFF WAS ON OUR PAPERS FOR SOME REASON AND WE RETURNED THE TRUCK TO CANON CITY, CO WHICH IS WHERE WE HAD THOUGHT IT WAS TO GO. THAT IS THE DROP OFF NEAREST US. THE GENTLEMAN AT THE MAJESTIC LUBE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GOT THE MATTER STRAIGHTENED OUT. WE THANKED HIM FOR HIS HELP AND SAID WE WOULD RETURN WHEN NEEDING ANOTHER TRUCK.

Uhaul moved my pickup location to a location one hour further away. I had to get a smaller truck in order to avoid the long drive. Because of that, I couldn't fit it all inside and now I have to rent another truck. Very disappointed.

Have the trailers you advertise that you have. I reserved a small trailer and you didn't have it. Then I was told over the phone I was getting a discounted price because they didn't have the small trailer but if get a bigger one for $20. When I got there I had to pay $35. I even didn't get insurance to make it more expensive. So I was overcharged $15 feom what she said I would have had to pay. Not very happy. Love the guys at majestic lube though

U-Haul's prices are over-the-top. Very expensive, and they should offer a Veteran's discount. Shame on U-Haul for not offering this to our Veterans!

I have used U-Haul before with many of my moves. This experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST of all my times renting from U-Haul. I reserved my truck on june 10th or 11th....in Colorado. A 26 fter was reserved . On june 26th on a conversation with a U-Haul representative they informed me that there was no guarantee that I would have my truck. There were two 15 ft trucks available but that at that time there were no 26 foot trucks available. When i mentioned to her I had already paid for a 26 foot truck, she laughed and said well that did not reserve me one. She made me aware there was a shortage of 26 foot trucks available. I told her that I was suppose to move on Saturday 29th and had movers coming to load me that I had already paid close to 500.00 . She said well, that is your problem, that's between you and them. I made her aware that my agreement with them was based on the reservation I had with U-Haul. All that to say..she did tell me that if I wanted to cancel my reservation I could. I told her that would serve no purpose at this late date. So, the best she told me that they would contact me on thursday to let me know what was happening, but to not count on a 26ft truck and prepare for 2 15ft trucks.Based on that information, with me being a single guy, no other driver with me, I did what i had to do, found a driver in Tenn. (where i was moving to) bought him a ticket to fly him to Colorado to help me drive the trucks ( With my Honda in an auto carrier) back to Tenn. Cost was 200.00 one way. On Thursday after receiving no information by 300 pm..I call U-haul and find out there would be a truck available. Not in the town i lived in, but within 30 miles. I went to get the truck and my auto hauler the next morning. I had paid for 24 blankets....they only had 10 I had paid for a furniture dolly..they had none. I was charged an extra 13.00 for something I do not know what. I was grateful for my truck and the auto hauler. My moved started 2 hours later that I had scheduled. But Mostly, my concern is for the lack of concern for my happiness about the maybe we have it...maybe we don't attitude of the people in the customer service area. Not One time did she express an attitude of sorry for this trouble or I understand your frustrations. The guy at premier furniture was exceptional helping me check in and listening to me. No discount for less blankets..no discount for no furniture dolly and no concerns about my move going thru.

The staff here was very fast, efficient and nicer than ever. I will be back, to this location, for my next uhaul rental. I will mention however, one of the tires on the trailer we rented, was at 8lbs of air and almost blew out on us. The guy to help hook up the trailer, did not check it out before hooking us up. Nor did he help with the hook up, more than get in the way. Other than that though, a lovely staff, that made the rental easy.

The customer service part was great but the location sucked the driver side brake/blinker/tailight would not stay on. We had to stop and change the bulb because I got pulled over because the light was not working. One minute it would work and the next minute it wouldn't. We called the Uhaul place for help and nobody ever answered at the 800 number either. Uhaul really needs to service their equipment better and actually answer the 800 help number !

I dropped off my rental a day early. I called customer service and asked if I would be reimbursed for the day I didn't use. CS said it was a flat rate for one way rentals. She offered no reimbursement, she would not listen and was shirt and rude with Me.

After making reservation, U-Haul gave my trailer to another person. A trailer was located at a different business but there was an unacceptable time delay for me.

I reserved a 24ft truck to move my house two hours away they gave me a truck 15ft I know I had two trips with 389 miles its over 119 miles one way I had to make 3 trips because no one had the truck I was reserved should the website know when there are trucks not available the transmission was shot sticking had to let off the then on the gas to get gears to switch and because I so a 15ft I made three trips and to put 200 in gas. Then the office open on website to return it to was closed at 11 am all week so I dont know if they have returned in the computer I put it there after the closed. I ended up with 500 miles and I feel if I had been given the size above or a size below the 17 ft even I would have been able to get all one load or to and I will be in that office tomorrow morning to speak to someone face to face because I shouldn't be charged for the extra mileage or or the extra day and trip I had to make

We had originally requested a 20 foot truck. Only 15 foot was available without driving an additional 30 miles each way. Now we are going to have to rent one more truck this week to finish the job. You offered 2 15 ft trucks, but there was no one to drive a second truck. That was disappointing.

Staff at this site are very friendly. Truck worked well. I was charged for 2 days for a 1 day rental. Local staff agree this is a mistake but do not know how to correct. Waited on hold for 20 minutes with go uhaul and never did get to talk with someone to fix it. Would have been a good rental experience but the company has overcharged me and this dishonest experience ruins it.

Parking was tough at this location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The truck was not fully cleaned out, but nothing horrible. Previous contracts were left in the truck and a couple of personal items from previous renters.

Forgot to put the equipment I ordered into the truck, not once but twice! Had to make 2 more trips back down the mountain, each was 76 miles round trip. Recieved no apology or compensation from the owner. I was not happy to say the least!

Was accused of damage to the truck that was there when i picked up the truck. The furniture pads were not folded and the floor not swept. I folded the pads and swept the truck, wa told to sweep the truck again or be charged not a good experience

The staff is very friendly and helpful but there was confusion during pick up and total confusion about the return of the trailer the lot has no security and the trailers are left unsecured the lot is extremely difficult to back the trailers back into because you have to back around a long curve that goes all the way behind the building because there's nowhere to turn around on the lot. Because of the lack of a fenced or manned lot I was contacted two days after I returned the trailer telling me the trailer was never returned and was going to be reported stolen the employee first told me there were no camera's on the lot but when I informed him I had a camera in my vehicle that recorded the drop off he started to change the story he called me a few hours later telling me he watched his cameras video and witnessed my wife and I drop off the trailer even though I never mentioned having anyone with me in the end it was the confusion and mix up during the pickup that caused the problem they had put one set of trailer numbers on their paperwork and hand written a different set of trailer numbers on our paperwork. Being called and told I had not returned the trailer and it was going to be reported stolen and having to worry about that and proving I had returned it made for a very disturbing and worrisome day thankfully they " found " a camera and a recording that proved it for me this incident has made me to decide never to rent from this location again and I can't and won't recommend renting from this location to anyone. I've been renting equipment from U-Haul locations all over the country for many years and will need to rent from them again soon every other experience has been positive from pick up to drop off so I know it's not because of the national way of doing things that caused this issue it's a isolated incident because of lack of attention to detail and poor training of these employees this could have ended much different and could have easily ended up with me being charged with theft of the trailer and being charged no telling how much for a trailer I took great care of and returned in perfect condition.

COSTS ARE MORE THAN WHAT YOU WILL EXPECT (BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN CHARGES) - Although I gave my exact destination address at checkout, and I selected a drop off location, the mileage allowed for the trip was less than the actual miles needed to get to my destination and return the vehicle to the return destination. The extra cost associated with going over the allowed mileage was an unwelcome and I think unfair added expense that should have been included in the allowed mileage and charges upfront.

Had problems renting pick-up truck as the U-Haul system was down and Jason had to call U-Haul to go into the computer and fix the problem which took over an hour. There was some kind of software glich and would not let information being inputted on the rental contract.
