The U-Haul reservation was not acknowledged when I needed it and ended up pushing my move time by 3 hours even though I made the reservation almost three weeks in advance.

I didn't know what time they closed. I got there about ten minutes before they closed. The guy who behaved like what I will just title him as the "manager" told me he, "Already shut down [my] U-Haul [screen] but you can just leave it here and I'll check it in, in the morning". I wasn't comfortable with that because I was turning it in a day early. I would have been happy with just a signed hand receipt of some type, and I could have taken a picture of the trailer parked there, but he didn't offer anything except, "come back tomorrow". His unspoken message that I heard was, "to hell with you, we're going home". I get that the primary business is an oil change place but, this is also part of your business. You're contracted to U-Haul. I needed to drop the trailer off because I didn't need it anymore and I had to drive someplace else and load some stuff in the bed of my truck. It shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I just told him to forget it and I'll just do a self-turn-in. The manager offered no help with unhooking the trailer, despite there being at least there staff members there. As the "manager" and one of the other employees were driving out past me as I was unhooking the rather heavy car hauler, the employee asked me if I needed help. I already had it unhooked so I declined and they left.

JOHN MAllow me to choose the drop off location. Majestic Lube parking was very limited, crowded, no easy place to turn around. Very small, back alley garage atmosphere waiting room. Attendant thought my final billing for extra days was final receipt for total move expense.

QUENTIN AKnow what employees are saying and doing. Be honest and treat folks with correct information. Horrible experience. Not honest company. No correct information. Maybe hidden fees, undisclosed. Lack professionalism. Educate your employees. Stop over charging and learn to communicate properly.

shannon pWhen I picked up the trailer the dealer hardly looked up at me. The location was a mess. The trailer was covered in dried on mud and some of the marker lights didn't work. The location where I dropped off the trailer was just the opposite.

Wade EAGAIN, the app would not let me complete my return. The drop-off location was not open so no people to help. After calling the store where I rented from, I was told to call 800-go-uhaul for help. That agent was able to help me bypass/restrt the app process & leave the vehicle. The requirements for uploading photos at pick-up and drop-off are a big hassle! I rented another truck the following week from a different location and there was a world of difference in the customer service and willingness to complete the rental themselves with no suggestion that I should "just use the app"

deborah bWinter conditions makes a truck dirty outside and in the cab, but just how hard is it to give it a quick external wash and mop the cab floor? Found a food item on the cab floor by the drivers seat. Not a major problem, but indicates cab lack of cleanliness. Storage space was clean.
Gary DI had to have road rescue come and they replaced the battery because of a loose battery cable that wouldn't fully charge the battery.

melissa uWas charged more when returned a was not under on fuel. Was under mileage by 3 miles and cleaned it well. The price still went up from quoted price. I have used uhaul many times now an never has this happened till now. I will find another company next time.

HARVEY SUhaul changed my drop-off destination without my knowledge or consent. You can't do this to your customers!

Edwin LI did not get a receipt. The receipt I got when I turned in the uhaul don't have the break down with price and tax's and I have to turn this in the the company I work for in a expense report.
