Gladys L.No one was at the U-haul office in Jacksonville. Our catalytic converter was cut from our vehicle in Little Rock, AR sometime during the night Thursday. We waited for hours for someone to hitch our trailer to the truck after we had to reload the other truck. ( no one came to hitch the trailer to the truck) . The towing service stated they would be liable if something happen and U-Haul told us the same. We had to drive our personal vehicle and the U-haul truck to Texas. We were told by phone we would receive $500.00 per the transload agreement but we have not received any compensation at this time.

LETONYA W.The vehicle was not cleaned out before rental. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't have time clean it due to packing and leaving. It made for a long ride. Not a complainer, but I made it work.
