Shana GLocation had posted open/close yet we arrived 15-20 minutes after stated open time and owner was not on site. Small business owner so understandable he can set his own hours and take care of personal needs/appointments. Very helpful and friendly via phone conversation. He gave us great instructions on how to complete our return in his absence and we received email notification that is was completed.

Paschal AArrived at 11:15 business was closed sign said will return at 1:00 pm. The lot is cramped. No return area. I called pickup uhaul and got area supervision. The area supervision said drop it and leave. Had to make a seperate trip to get deposit. What business closes over an hour around lunch time?

Tanesha WI had a reservation at the Cabot, Arkansas location, but when I got there, they were closed. And I had to drive an extra 50 miles round trip to get my truck and return it., which cost me and extra $40. Through no fault of my own.

JAMES RIf you’re going to change pick-up locations, please change it on this app as well. That didn’t happen for me, and I ended up at the wrong location. Sending a text is okay, but you should make the location change on the app as well.

Gladys LNo one was at the U-haul office in Jacksonville. Our catalytic converter was cut from our vehicle in Little Rock, AR sometime during the night Thursday. We waited for hours for someone to hitch our trailer to the truck after we had to reload the other truck. ( no one came to hitch the trailer to the truck) . The towing service stated they would be liable if something happen and U-Haul told us the same. We had to drive our personal vehicle and the U-haul truck to Texas. We were told by phone we would receive $500.00 per the transload agreement but we have not received any compensation at this time.

LETONYA WThe vehicle was not cleaned out before rental. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't have time clean it due to packing and leaving. It made for a long ride. Not a complainer, but I made it work.
