The truck I rented smelled like pure wet dogs with hair all over the cab. Which affected my allergies. The window was left open so everything was wet inside. When I arrived at my appointment to pick furniture up and I opened the back of the uhaul was full of trash and items from the previous renter. I had to completely dispose of myself. Then when I called to see if they could at least offer a discount for all my trouble all they could do is have me swap the truck which I could not do to time schedule. This has been the absolute worse experience and I will make sure to not ever refer or use Uhaul ever again!

Truck was damaged, engine light was on, was not warned about it. After returning the rental, they didn't closed the rental as returned on time. Poor attention to detail and costumer service. Bad service in general.

ANDRES LThe attention is terrible, I arrived to deliver the trailer, they never came, they told me to leave it anywhere and they didn't close the contract until after 24 hours. The next day something similar was that they did not have time and that they parked anywhere and it is not an appropriate place for rental trucks. Terrible, better look for a large U-Haul dealer.
Fabio FHave service personnel that speak english and desktop computer not cellphone and print contract in office. Vehicle was not clean and had only of tank gas. Trunk was dirty and Uhaul signage was withered and coming off the truck. This site is not good for your band.
Jay DThe back door on the truck is dangerous. You have to pull real hard on the strap to bring it down. Once you pull the strap, jump down immediately, it has a hard roll coming down.

I also email U-Haul no reply
