Review the equipment better with the customer. By the contract it showed more gas on the paper than what was actually in the unit. It was a quarter of a tank difference but I filled it to where the contract stated that it had in it.Shawn E.

I originally reserved a trailer at the 21st and 129th location. Eastland location. Their hours indicated they would be opened at 9 and they were not opened and noone would answer the phone numbers. Had to change locations in order to pick up a trailer.linda H.

Had to wait 10 minutes for him to open up after his work hours started,waited on the curb until he showed up and made us move so he could park against the curb instead of a parking spot... was rude the first 5-10 until he respected me enough to address me as a human... after I told him that I have home owners and I don't need the insurance he charged it anyway and said he would take it off at check out.... we rented for 3 days sunday@12-Wednesday@ 12.... charged us 4 days anyways..... the cab of the truck was full of dog hair and coffee beans and hadn't been sanitized..... I would like some follow up for sure... I would not want this business renting out my vehicles at all... my wife is exremely upsetADDAM C.

The Uhaul employee who assisted my was and I was very rude and spoke to customers over the phone with attitude while waiting on us. When my wife arrived back to get her card refunded,the employee made a smart comment to her that made her offended and uncomfortable. To make matters worse,the employee over charged us by 12 miles and failed to inform us that the appliance dolly was $10 after he quoted us $7 which is why we decided to get it. He made our move more stressful than it already was because he ripped us off. My wife & I will never do business with Uhaul again and will share our experience with everyone we know and social media.Robert D.

I went the first location that I chose when reserving the truck (lucky stop, 3235 S. 145th East Ave, Tulsa OK 74134) but they told me they quit doing business with U-Haul. I-Haul should have advised me of that changement, hence the extra mileage. I tried to call the customer service but no answer. Very bad customer serviceNgoc-Tram H.

I had originally booked online at a location closer to home. Last minute, the equipment I needed became unavailable so I was referred to Mail Hog. The gentleman at the counter (I believe to be the owner, also a veteran) was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I'll drive a bit out of the way to do business with him again in the future. Took about 1.5 hours just to pick up the truck (which I had already ordered online in advance and confirmed). Then when that location didn't have all of the necessary supplies I ordered (such as furniture pads), he sent me to another Uhaul location. That new location manager was upset that I had already paid for them and he had to give me his furniture pads without payment at this store. Then the Uhaul was not full of gas. I had to put in over $20 worth of gas immediately.Aaron H.

I did not choose this location. The location I called originally did not have a truck available so they turned my reservation over to the Traffic dept to find one. I received a call from someone whose name was Kevin, I think. He told me that he had a truck and where he was located. His store was filthy and cluttered with boxes of junk stacked all over. I had to take a picture, with my phone, of my receipt because he couldn't print it. He had a friend there that he was carrying on a conversation the entire time I was there regarding the Mayweather fight that night and some other business venture that they were entering into. I felt as though I was an interruption he could've done without. He did not ask me if I wanted the insurance and would not remove it because he said my insurance wouldn't cover any damage. He has no way of knowing what my insurance does and doesn't cover. That should be the customer's decision. He was very rude about it and told me I could call U-Haul on Monday and take it up with them. If I were U-Haul, this would not be someone I would want representing my company.Marci B.

I don't know whether it was the local owner of this particular uhaul location or if it was the uhaul companies fault but I feel like I was ripped off and even after a simple somewhat local trip the owner calls me the next day saying I owe more money. 1. I feel I was ripped off 2. I don't like the guy that handled the whole transaction 3. I feel the owner is scamming on this business 4. The owner acted very odd, like he was a new employee still trying to figure everything out I'm waiting for my invoice which I was told I would receive via email and I still haven't received it yet. I'm going to investigate or have a lawyer investigate this particular owner/location. I have used uhaul many times in my life from being a service member and moving from duty station to duty station over the last 25 years. I have never encountered such a situation that is usually simple and turned it into a problem. Extremely frustrated at the moment which needless to say has sent my combat PTSD through the roof. I just about came unglued on this owner when he called me this morning say I still owed more money. You can bet your going to hear from me or even possibly a news media that would enjoy such a story as I have.rodney W.

I received an old rusted 4x8 trailer. Almost embarrassing to use. Was pulled over because the passenger side brake light didn't work. Tried to put a new bulb in but that didn't fix it.Chris B.
I had a reservation. I waited for over 30 minutes just to speak with the 1 employee at the store. I had to connect the trailer myself (although he stated if I needed help he would when he had time). I returned the trailer the same evening. Employee stated he would see the trailer in the morning and check it in. HE DID NOT !!! I just received an email bill that charged my account for 2 full days. I had the trailer for less than 4 hours. I contacted the retailer, he stated he would correct. I have not seen a credit email receipt as of this writing.Donald S.
