Both owners of Mail Log had very poor people and communication skills. Huge disagreement regarding insurance. Very discriminatory about â€œinsurance coverageâ€ and â€œyoung people like myselfâ€ don't get insurance and that usually they wouldn't have rented to me if I didn't purchase insurance in which I did not select insurance to begin with. There is a way you talk to people and both owners did not handle the situation in a professional manner AT ALL. You talk TO people not AT them. I highly recommend NOT to rent from them.Angel W.

The original location refused to take my truck because they had no room for it! What an inconvenience that was! I had to drive it down from Minnesota to Oklahoma unload it turn it in same day and fly back the next! They refused it! WTF kind of business do you run?Michael B.

Some how there was over 500 miles on the truck I used when I don't even drive over 200 on my car in a day and I drive all day in my car and I barely went anywhere with that truck y'all are bogus and scammersmatthew Y.

Do not move the UHaul around multiple times in the day before and day of. Some of those times, we didn't even get a notification. Had to drive to three locations before we got to the right one. Also, not sure why the size was upgraded so much. Made it more difficult to drive and was completely unnecessary considering we already booked a 20' truck and expected that it would be reserved for us.Nathan P.

Review the equipment better with the customer. By the contract it showed more gas on the paper than what was actually in the unit. It was a quarter of a tank difference but I filled it to where the contract stated that it had in it.Shawn E.

I originally reserved a trailer at the 21st and 129th location. Eastland location. Their hours indicated they would be opened at 9 and they were not opened and noone would answer the phone numbers. Had to change locations in order to pick up a trailer.linda H.

Had to wait 10 minutes for him to open up after his work hours started,waited on the curb until he showed up and made us move so he could park against the curb instead of a parking spot... was rude the first 5-10 until he respected me enough to address me as a human... after I told him that I have home owners and I don't need the insurance he charged it anyway and said he would take it off at check out.... we rented for 3 days sunday@12-Wednesday@ 12.... charged us 4 days anyways..... the cab of the truck was full of dog hair and coffee beans and hadn't been sanitized..... I would like some follow up for sure... I would not want this business renting out my vehicles at all... my wife is exremely upsetADDAM C.

The Uhaul employee who assisted my was and I was very rude and spoke to customers over the phone with attitude while waiting on us. When my wife arrived back to get her card refunded,the employee made a smart comment to her that made her offended and uncomfortable. To make matters worse,the employee over charged us by 12 miles and failed to inform us that the appliance dolly was $10 after he quoted us $7 which is why we decided to get it. He made our move more stressful than it already was because he ripped us off. My wife & I will never do business with Uhaul again and will share our experience with everyone we know and social media.Robert D.

I went the first location that I chose when reserving the truck (lucky stop, 3235 S. 145th East Ave, Tulsa OK 74134) but they told me they quit doing business with U-Haul. I-Haul should have advised me of that changement, hence the extra mileage. I tried to call the customer service but no answer. Very bad customer serviceNgoc-Tram H.
