They charged me a late fee of $20 for being 30 minutes late. I had to drive half way across Georgia to get the trailer to their chosen drop off point at rush hour. If I could have returned the trailer closer to my location then it would not have been late. I talked to the dispatch person and she said that she would extend the time due till 5:00 pm. Clearly, one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. The drop-off site was a parking lot by the way with no signage and it took me 50 minutes to get there.ken S.

Truck was very dirty had used masks, old food, trash and marijuana in the console of truck. We were charged for a dolly that we never used. We were very unhappy with this rental.Shawn H.

The link to agree or dispute damage was expired when we received it. The last who checked us in said there was a dolly to use if we wanted and it would be a $7 charge. We did not need to use one but it was not In the back as she said. We did not want to get to charged for it. Tried calling no answer. Also there was fresh paint on left front hood not marked. We had no way to report it because link was expired....Charles N.

The on-line sign-in process was awful. I was 25 minutes late picking up the truck at 6 PM EST. Software said the GPS locator failed and I was not at the correct location. Called the number given and was told after 10 minutes it was because I was past the 6 PM pick-up time - STUPID!!!! Also had an issue with the truck. The parking brake release is hidden and not identified with any arrow or decal. Had to Google the problem where it showed numerous similar complaints for this model U-Haul truck.Jack F.

We originally reserved a 4x8 trailer and were told it would hold a full size mattress and box spring. When we got home with the trailer we discovered it would not hold the full size mattress and box spring. I immediately called customer service and they found us a 5x8 trailer and we did not have to pay the price difference. I was a little frustrated that we were told the 4x8 would hold a full size mattress and box spring then it did not, but I was very pleased that customer service found us a 5x8 for no additional charge. Truck box was full of dirt had to sweep out, and had a leak in the roof. A/C didn't work in truck, it was like an oven. Auto transporter had a broken strap. Was supposed to pick up truck down the street from my house but they changed the pick up location to a SHITHOLE place then those people weren't there so I had to go to another location to pick up. Took about 2 hours just to pick up. And the quote I was given was $500 less than what I paid. 2nd time this has happen dealing with Uhaul.Dustin A.

Never let someone be transferred to a tâ€transportation managerâ€. I sat on hold for an hour and 38 minutes and hung up. I did take a screenshot of that picture with your phone number on it if you're interested in seeing it. I had to call back and ask for something again and they transported me again and I waited 38 minutes and then hung up. Also there were issues with the moving company that I booked through your website that you guys did not want to have to deal with it all. That's fine but I would just book locally next time I thought that was for you guys.Gregg P.

The interior of the truck cabin was not well maintained. It was very dirty with lots of red dirt in the floor. One of the side mirrors on the truck was not very adjustable. Overall, the truck ran great and served its purpose. The store workers were very friendly and easy to work with.ALLY F.

The gentleman at the counter had one person checking out a truck ahead of us. It took him almost an hour to get their paperwork done. When we got to the counter the same happened with us. He kept having to call someone on the phone to ask what he needed to do next. When we made our reservation we had asked for an additional 2 dozen furniture blankets along with the ones it said our rental came with. The guy had no idea about blankets and said they did not even carry them at this location. We then asked him to help show us how to attach the tow dolly to the truck and explain how to put the car on. He ridley informed us that he knew nothing about them and it wasn't his job. There was never any pre inspection of the car being towed like they told us there would be. He just handed us the keys to a dirty truck and turned to the next person. This was not even the location that we wanted to pick the truck up at. When you do the reservation on line it ask which location we wanted and gave us a list of the different ones. We chose one that was about 3 miles from our house that we have dealt with before and you sent us to one 12 miles from our house and no furniture blankets. Your customer service at this location was horrible.Jane L.
