Nina KatzStaff was gracious and helpful when setting the reservation and during pickup/dropoff. My first rental here. Starting Gas level was wrong. It was only reported verbally and it was incorrect. The true level was 1/8 but the reported level was 1/4. Vehicle was parked too far (2 blocks) from the office and there is no parking lot at the location to return to the office to report the gas level. Be prepared for parking challenges, but with patience you will be ok.
M MAUREEN FREEMANThe location is not as good as the 6th Street location. Why? Because I could not park my car while I was using the U-Haul rental truck. I could park it, but the 2 hour zone limit caused me to be ticketed. This cost me an additional $50 in for parking my car while I used your U=Haul truck. If I have to use U-Haul again, I'll probably take a bus to the location. You did not alert me to this problem. I am not happy about this.

Jane FlintAlmost impossible to find a parking spot on a very busy block and street. There is a parking but the store staff said not to part there because there is a charge for it. The issue is shifted to the customer for hours to wait till to find be able to park. Store hours are inconvenient to access them and ask questions. The location is in a good neighborhood but they need to solve the parking issue when the customer is returning the uhaul car.

Baron LumMail Boxes Plus was great! They were very friendly, so helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and made sure that I was set up properly. I was very happy with my experience. Furthermore, the location was extremely convenient for me- I could pick up the van around the corner from my son’s school and the location was within block of my home. I appreciated not having to travel across town for a short rental. Completing the reservation online had a glitch as the rental location online was different from Uhaul’s internal system, but at Mailboxes plus they hit everything straightened out for me, and quickly! I would definitely use them again or refer to a friend!

Truck was only on 1/4 tank when we received it so we filled it back up to the same amount when we returned it. I was assuming it would have been a full tank….. thank heavens I looked!

BRUCE KHAVARNever rent from Mail Boxes to Go in 2930 Domingo Ave, Berkeley, California. No hand truck in the van like ordered. Had to get it myself from a truck in another lot. Truck had less than an eighth of a tank of gas. Had to get gas before I could do anything else. Charged me for CDW which I refused. I left the truck with more than a quarter of a tank of gas and they charged me $140 gas. I will dispute the extra charges and ultimately won't pay them. I have rented from other U-Haul locations and have not had these problems. Avoid this location or be prepared to suffer from the same scams.

Valeri ChakourskiI reserved a 24/7 pick up - this was confirmed by Uhaul when I called the morning of the rental- but the location did not set it up that way and so I had to wait an hour until they opened in order to get the van. The person working was very nice and efficient once they were open. Uhaul refunded me $50 which I appreciated.
