Andrew HamersleyI was told that I have unlimited miles for the 2 day rental and then charged $39 for being 34 miles over.
VICTOR LEELocation was great. What I do NOT recommend is that I did mobile-pick up and after checking in the day before to save time, my rent shou;d've started at 8am. I arrived to the location at 7:55am and the app didn't allow me to pick up my truck. I needed to open a browser in my cell phone, log in in UHAUL and it made me check in again, and upload again all documents required, so I finally could take my transportation at 8:20am so I wasted 20min. That needs to be addressed for future customers.

Michael SojaWhen the customer books a van at Natick, you don't switch them to Framigham. Especially when Natick had vans avialable. Also don't claim online that customers can skip the counter. How was I going to get the keys for the van with the employee handing them to me?

Jonathan RaminDon’t try to send the customer to a different pickup location when the vehicle is available at a place they know and have requested. MAGUIRES was able to contact you and correct this in time. I had cancelled and almost went to a different rental company, but they called and told me everything was all set. The truck I got was great, almost brand new and worked out very well.

gene rubensteinI wasn’t able to find the keys so I was looking inside the UHual and the guy working there comes next to me to pickup a car but he doesn’t tell me I need to go inside. Then when I go inside same person hands me keys to uhual.

Kyle SchneiderI had chosen this location for my one-way rental drop off. On the next day I received a text from Uhaul indicating my drop off had changed to a location close to an hour away from my final destination. I don't know why this happened. I called the toll free number, was transferred to the dispatch service, and they reset my drop off location back to this one. Everything turned out fine in the end, but the surprise text stating a change in drop off was not expected.

I was supposed to have rented from a location in Framingham, but when I got there, for 5:30AM pickup, they had not staged the vehicle the night prior. In light of that, the Maguires location was able to get me into a vehicle with no issues, even at 6:00AM (prior to the location opening).
WILLIAM LACHANCENone of the equipment requested was provided at time of pick up and I tried calling customer service very long wait. I think requested a call back still no call back nearly 24 hours later

After being turned away from the Pleasant St. location because the staff did not arrive on time that morning (1.5 hours late!!! and we waited!!! with a no show!!!) We headed over to Maguires and met the good people there. They took care of us.

Margaret EstesDropped off after hours and there was nowhere to park. Had to park at an angle in a very tight spot in order to not block anyone in. The location was also very dark no lights in the parking area. Didn' t feel very safe.
Kelley CurryThe truck was clean but the steering wheel alignment was off. Aside from that, there was an after hours charge of 20 dollars which I wasn't made aware of before taking the truck.

KENNETH DEMMACargo van was in excellent (except for a few dings on passenger side) and very clean condition. Had a full tank of gas, great tires and awesome AC for a hot August day. Easy “check-in” and after-hours return. No issues at all.

GUY TREMBLAYThey charged a cleaning fee and I know I didn’t leave anything in the vehicle. I rent from uhaul routinely, I was reassigned to a location further away causing more mileage expense and then a cleaning fee was charged without any basis. I will never allow uhaul to reassign me to this location again
ZACHARY MCBRIDEHi I had to drive 80 miles to get the trailer it’s no good and they call me only 18 hours before travel should be a minimum 2 days before about the location pick up U-haul should be delivery me near me because I made the trailer reservation one month before travel.
