That Black man that works at this location humiliated me. I would never use this location again. The white man that helped me the next day was very professional and alleviated my anxiety about the humiliation. I went through the day before with the black man. I was able to get the Uhaul without the agent laughing in face with the people who was shaming me.

The drivers side mirror kept tilting down to where I could not see anything except the ground, it was very dangerous. However I managed to get a temporary fix.
