The u haul pick up location was changed on me and much further away. The u haul had a lock on it and it took 30 minutes of calls to find the code to unlock it. The truck was Al’s almost on empty but the gas gage on the paperwork said 1/4 tank. The lady was nice and helped resolve the lock issue but referred me to the supervisor to change the gas gage info.
CHRIS MWell to begin with a code to get in past hours. cause if not you are not going to be able to return The truck inside. Or even better change the option in to a 24hour rental on these kind of places
EDWARD VThey gave me a car with more miles that the paper said, i called right away to tell the lady and to come back so they see, she told me she would fix it, i took a picture to show but she did mot fix it and they over charged me for 56 extra miles

ALGERINE MThe back of the truck smelled like pee The check-in process was cumbersome and slow. The final approval took long. The checkout process was confusing: The dropoff box was blocked with a sign that read this wasn't a droppoff location and charges would incur in dropping there.

nancy lThis was by far my best experience picking up a uhaul in my entire life. Tammy, the customer service rep showed up promptly before my 9am pickup time. She was kind, courteous, very professional and answered any and all questions i had. I honestly wish there were more employees out there like her that deal with customers day in and day out, they could really take a lesson from tammy on how the process is suppose to go. I will definitely use this location again and refer my friends/family to them as well. Thank you tammy!

Louis MThis is not a 24 hour drop off location as mentioned by staff this is not even an official uhaul I was the only truck they had the gate was being locked as I pulled up had I not been early I would have been charged for another day. They also charged me for extra miles even though there were uhauls closer I was told that one would be fine and it was the worst experirence ever based on this location I may finding alternatives next time I need to move
Joseph AThe manager was very pleasant but the truck was filthy dirty. The breaks made noises and this was a long distance move. Make sure truck is working properly.
