Didn't come out to check trailer or help disconnect from the vehicle. Just told me to do everything and put the trailer back. He acted like I was putting him out. Terrible customer service.

The truck was not cleaned out and there were moving blankets and trash. The cab had cat food on the floor and the windows had dog nose prints all over them.
DEBORAH PI drove exactly 10 miles, and put in $15 in gas. At turn in, I was told it was a little short. So your vehicles cost over $1/mile to drive? Also, there was a box of used Xmas items in back of truck from previous renter. Next rental (and I've done 4 in the last 12 months), will be with a different company to compare

Zachary CThe U-Haul transit for Fargo changed my drop off to a city 10 miles away. I dropped it off at my original place anyway. The ladies at Mac’s were awesome in helping us out and making sure we didn’t have to drive any further.
TERRY DGive them the ability to address corporate related issues, like mileage variations. I was charged for extra mileage because U-Haul customer service did not book my reservation correctly.

Brian Hthey couldn't swipe my credit card, they had to punch the numbers in, forcing me to use another credit card that I didn't want to use. I asked the guy if I could switch my credit card when I got to the drop-off location, he said sure. I get to the drop-off location, they indicated they could not do that.

Abran TMy equipment that was assigned to me was not what was given to me. I took pictures of that equipment and told my pick up office that it wasn't the same transport trailer in the picture. I took pictures and attached to the check in form. I spent multiple hours on the phone trying to reverse charges that were placed on my card. The customer service representatives were all amazing and very helpful. However, after this experience I will choosing U-Haul again.
Mariah MGreat service at the drop off location. Concern about excessive gas consumption from Council Bluffs to Fargo handled professionally. Quick friendly service got us back on the road fast with a great picture to commemorate the journey.
Bruce MThe location itself was fine. My overall experience with U-HAUL was kind of a pain today. First of all, I confirmed with the location the day prior to my rental that the truck was available. Then, I show up today for my rental and the only truck in the parking lot doesn’t match the truck assigned to me in the app. I then spent the next HOUR on hold with customer service. In the mean time the store where the truck was parked finally opened up and was able to help me out. So, my reservation was for a 9AM pickup and I did get on my way till 10:30! UNACCEPTABLE!

Brandon MInterior was filthy, windshield hadn't been washed, engine oil was black. Suspension on vehicle needed maintenance, USB ports didn't function. Vehicle had a governor at 75 MPH which made it difficult to pass big rigs in a timely manner. Got passed by another U-Haul 10' truck while we we traveling at 75; he was going at least 80. Overall, very disappointed in the experience. Wasn't offered any discount, AAA other. I believe I am entitled to some kind of discount or partial refund!

Ola TRhonda has no business being in Costumer Service. To say she was rude would be the understatement of the year. Complete lack of Care or concern for the situation we were put in when U-Haul changed our order and time with 12 hours note. The other people we worked with her fine but she was terrible.
