When the customer asks about refueling charges please also tell them there is an additional $30.00 fee on top of the cost for the fuel!!!

The truck was sticky in thr front with previous renters beverages and the trucks stopping power was sad and arguably dangerous. I know its a large vehicle but even empty the stopping distance was atrocious. The mobile app was useless for pick up and drop off of the truck. The customer service rep in the office was amazing and friendly

The U-Haul representatives at both pickup and drop off locations exceeded all my expectations! They were extremely helpful with guiding me through the reservation process as well as the return process. 10/10 - no complaints whatsoever. Best U-Haul experience I’ve had. P.S - My drop off experience was so easy!! Shout out to the U-Haul representatives at Macomb Storage in Chesterfield that were so kind and helpful!

I was disappointed in the way our reservation was handled. We went to a specific location and made the reservation a week in advance. Made arrangements for someone to drop my husband off. He went inside and was told he had to go to another location. Had one of their employees drive him over. They then convinced him to purchase the insurance for $45, when I specifically told them no when I made the reservation. They were then supposed to let us know where to drop off the truck and told my husband that I had to call when we were in the area. I then received a message later that evening of a drop off location. Needless to say the overall experience was less than satisfactory. Would be nice to receive a credit for the $45 plus the tax on that since I had already told them no.

Uhaul rep made it easy to return trailer. Very quick. Unhooked trailer and he completed paperwork. I was on my way in 5 min. Nice clean facility.

The man at the counter was friendly and professional. However, the cab of the truck smelled like marijuana when we got in. The smell was still there when we returned it 8 hours later. Some previous renter had used marijuana and it permeated the truck. It would be nice if you could remove the smells before rental.

I wasn’t aware about the $20 after hours drop off fee. I didn’t read all the paperwork, I didn’t know I needed to go online before dropping it off. It was only 5:50 when I got there. I can not figure out why that would cost any money? I am very disappointed with that. Everything ended up adding up for the rental and to charge that too? I wish they would credit that, it was returned to the right location with nothing wrong.

The only thing wrong with the unit was the door was off tract and was promised the be repaired but to repair it the unit would have to be cleared out We werent told that at the time of complate so when we ended the rent we had a very difficult time opening the door A serious maintenance problem

The person at Macomb Storage was very professional. My problems were with your website and your phone app trying to return the cargo trailer after hours. On my android it had issues picking up my location even though my location services were on and I had 5 bars. I called the 833 number and got poor reception with person there and they hung up on me. Was finally able to return it using my daughter's apple phone, but couldnt confirm it fully went through. They are closed on July 4 so I cannot call until July 5th to confirm. On the website we had reserved a cargo trailer but on the printout it showed a utility trailer. The person was able to switch on site at Macomb Storage.

How are used to U-Haul many times I do it for business most of the time there’s always issues with your guys’s net work, and I lost a job due to your system. Being down on my reservation was already said I had to wait an hour because systems weren’t working and I lost to Customer because of Rick. Not sure if I’m going to be using U-Haul anymore.

tire hold down strap and ratchet on the right side would not stay tight, safety chains kept falling off. safety chains need a restraint like on the safety cables that attach to the tow vehicle hitch so they can't fall off instead of a cheap rubber tab on a "s" hook.

My customer service was horrible They had no clue that I rented the uhaul Could not find me in system Even after taking a picture of my drivers license and credit card Then I was aware that I had the uhaul truck rental for a 24 hours period for the $19.95 price then I was charged a week later after I already had my original fee taken out of my bank account Then was charged a week later for another day Very poor customer service and unprofessional

I used this facility for 2 years until I moved from the area. I highly recommend! The manager was so nice and very helpful! Great prices and great unit.

Questions are to general. Facility is clean but maintenance is minimal. Gates locked but cameras are either well hid or don’t exist. Staff has always been exceptional. Yes I would recommend but with strong emphasis on caveats. The facility looks like a junk yard. Cars, trucks and RVs in various states of disrepair and damage. I had to take my boat to different facility because the owners uses the exterior places for storage of these wrecks. Oh yeah. No dumpsters at some facilities.

I did not move out my stuff with the action and all I wanted was my mother’s obituary and my sister that passed her pictures and fortunately I was unable to pay it so whoever bought it I just wanna know if you have those pictures

It was very conveniently located for us and was always well maintained. It was sometimes difficult to get in to to traffic on 23 Mile road but that would be the only complaint.
