The front doors of this location were locked at the time of pick-up. Waited 40 minutes for someone to unlock the doors. Truck was most definitely not the best. Steering was extremely sloppy, brakes were very soft and took the truck a long distance to come to a stop. No working interior lights, no working cab lights and the box leaked when it rained. I guess i will try Penske next time.Hecham K.

I have driven many uhaul trucks and this one was very run down. The steering was not good, it pulled to the right bad and I was constantly fighting to keep it straight because every groove in the road would cause the steering wheel to move. That was without a load.Robert K.

We left with a 1/2 tank and came back with 1/2 tank yet we were charged $66.14 for 14 gallons to fill it up. RIP OFF !!!!LINDA ELIZABETH H.
The only issue I have really is that the gas wasn't where it said it would be, and the truck was rather messy, so I wound up paying close to $25 more, so that I didn't get fee'd but by the time it came to that, my phone was practically dead and I didn't want to risk it dying on the highway as I was moving, incase of some other issue arisingAngel L.

I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. I got the rental to drive out of town, over 30 miles one way. Instead the woman at the desk forced me into a "in town rental" not giving me the option for a one way and only giving me a rental truck for three hours and said I HAD to return it to her location. The contact she gave me was only for 30 miles which would have been fine for a one way but because i was forced to drive it all the way back 30 miles the milage was doubled and I was charged a ridiculous amount. When I asked if I could do a one way and drop the truck off at the Marysville locatiom she told me no. I will never use this location again and will make sure everyone i know doesnt go there and get scammed the way that I did.KATRINA MARIE G.

Blankets ordered on line weren't in truck when I picked it up. Probably because I reserved the truck on line after the location closed, and picked up the vehicle the following day before the location opened. Also, a weld broke on the ramp making it very difficult to retract the ramp. Called the uhaul toll free number numerous times to be put on hold.Kevin U.

The service was terrible the employee told me to file a complaint regarding this because we couldn't check in during the time we needed we called the number no response we had location services turned on and couldn't check in the same with dropping off where we were charged a fee for not being able to check in. Why can't reservation guarantees be credited immediately at the uHaul locations ? I had to call the 1-800 number to find out how to get my guarantee refund. Do you really think 51 minute wait times are acceptable !!!!JOSEPH JOHN C.

The van was in good working order and relatively new but the interior was just not cleaned well; dog hair on seats, some residue from soft drink splashing around the center console and generally dusty. It wasn't terrible but it should have been wiped down quickly at least I'm cab and seats vacuumed better.BRYAN DAVID P.

Rental reservation was cancelled due to being scheduled in their computer to pick up at 2:30 am vice pm. No notification of the cancelation was provided. When I showed up at 2:30 pm as I intended, the attendant re-entered the reservation. Fortunately the van was still there.MICHAEL H.

My truck return was wrong. My ending milage was not correct and I was charged for 11 gallons of fuel when I returned the truck with the same amount that was in it when I picked it up.Nicolas R.
Make your truck pick up easier and work on customer service. We spent almost an hour going through the steps to verify and pick up a truck we had rented, only to find no key in the lock box. When we went into talk to someone about the situation he was extremely rude and told us there was nothing he could do to help us. I have never been so disappointed in this company's service. We had to scramble to make other arrangements to complete our move without any help from Uhaul. Next time we'll make sure to go somewhere else from the beginning.Steven T.

Communication is lacking. First location didn't have our truck and didn't notify us. Then sent us to this location and even though I called to notify them we would not be there at noon, they still called me and threaten to give the truck to someone else if I didn't call back immediately. My only issue is U-Haul corporate had to change my rental location and they didn't tell me that an 8am pick up had to use "Scan and Go" pickup, because the office didn't open until 9am. So I had to wait an hour, which could have been avoided.MICHAEL JOSEPH T.
