Arrived picked up trailer, that interaction was great. When I got home I noticed one tire on the trailer was almost completely bald with no tread on approx 80% to 90% of the tires surface. Completely Unsafe And Not Road Worthy. Returned to where I picked it up and was told they had no way to replace it, and no other trailer available. Was forced to drive to the next nearest one that was a one way hour drive away. With no other choice I had to drive to get it. Once I got there there was no reservation for me, ( even though they said there would be one) I was then told they had company wide computer outage. With no other choice I had to wait there for more than two hours for the computers to work again. Then drive another hour home. When I went to return I had to make the same trip again (2 hour round trip) to return the trailer. I had rented it for “in town” meaning I had to return where I picked it up, even though I asked to return to the original plaice I tried to pick it up. Tried to rent me unsafe equipment, cost me over have a day of pure waste of time. Will never use this company again, period!

I didn’t receive the furniture pad rental that I paid for I spoke with two different uhaul employees and they couldn’t help me with the refund. I find that very irritating.

U-Haul should make sure the vehicle has a working battery. Don’t have the truck set to go out knowing the battery doesn’t work. When a customer orders a dozen pads/blankets, make sure they are in the truck, they weren’t. We paid for 12 and ended up only getting 10 and we only got those because we waited for someone to show up to jump the truck.

The business was closed when I dropped off the truck….being able to drop the truck off after hours was nice……only feedback I can give is there is not a dedicated u-haul parking area. There are many trucks (not u-haul) in parking area….kinda just have to park wherever.

The location was 90 miles from requested location. I would have paid extra to have truck delivered to desired city.

Difficulty returning the truck. I needed to talk to a person and there was no answer/non working number at the phone number listed at this location. I tried calling the customer service number and was hold for quite awhile. We needed to leave and ended the call. The next morning, I was on hold 2 different times for 45 minutes before I was able to talk to a person. At this point, we had been charged for an extra day. After explaining what happened, we were issued a refund from the extra day.

my experience was HORRIBLE. I reserved a truck 2 times each time Uhaul messed up and did not have my truck ready, We had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to get a truck, they did not explain the process and kept sending texts. Mistake after mistake. they told me there were NO trucks in wenachee, but when we went to our storage facility there were 3 trucks in the parking lot!!! huge waste of time and energy. Terrible service.
