Proprietor provided excellent customer service, as did U-Haul online and phone CSRs. Two concerns - I couldn't get the black lockbox open to drop off the key - even with help of CSR on the phone, who made a note on file and agreed that I should put the van key through the door mailslot as the proprietor would be arriving in 30 minutes. Also, the parking lot is uneven and there's a pavement break with a 5-6" drop quite near the van's parking spot.Nancy O.

I requested a dolly but U Haul does not provide one. Was charged $7.00 which I never got. Never requested a tarp, but was charged. We drove only 50 kilometres but was charged in the estimated invoice 61 kilometres. We have proof by taking photo of the start & when we dropped of the U Haul van. I hope you will correct the above mention if not be assured I will be calling your customer service rep.,emmanuel S.
There were many problems with this location. 1- They deducted money for the coverage even I did not ask for it. 2- I used the van for only 8 km, and filled up the tank to the same level of gas as it was when I got it. But, they charged me for gas twice (+$50!) 3- They did not have a dolly but charged me for it! 4- The staff is not friendly. Avoid this place at any cost! The worst experience that I ever had.Shima A.

I ordered furniture dolly, but it was missing when I picked up a van. Moreover, I was charged for the dolly, which was not even inside the van.PAVLO L.

They did not do a walk through before or after, they said I did not put gas in, when I put more in than I used. They charged my card DOUBLE what it should have been for gas. Rip off, I will NEVER go there again. Called them as soon as I saw my bill, they said sorry yes you put gas in, contact U-haul, I contacted U-haul, they said contact the store, I called the store and left messages they never called me back. $60 theft. Do not rent from this location.Dianne C.

Counter person did not get out to check vehicle and was told she will just email the receipt. Once I got the email she changed us Insurance and safety trip which when booking we declined and she never asked at the counter. Not very happy with this location. We have rented from uhaul several times in the past and this is the first time that we used this location and very disappointed with the outcome.Norbert R.
