Little to no acknowledgement from front counter staff. Waited close to 10 minutes as he just wandered between rooms. Another individual finally appeared who assisted me fine. Just a poor service experience. Return of vehicle was prompt and curteous.STEVEN W.

vehicle was filthy, tried to gouge me on gas, truck was at half tank but was marked that there was 3/4 tank gas, had to prove that, and honestly your rate suck and you are misleading people, you truck say on it, 20 dollars for a day, you gave me a 4 hour slot because you are greedy, it wasn't 20 dollars like it says on truck, was like 50 dollars, and it would of been 28 dollars more if I didn't catch your mistake trying to make me pay 28 dollars for 2 gallons of gas, and honestly, why am i paying for mileage, your company is horrible, will never use it again.RON H.

The only thing that we didn't really like was that the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Since we were only going a short way, it was not a big deal, but would not have been happy if it was a long trip.DUANE E.

I had reserved a trailor weeks in advance and never recieved a call back to let me know where the trailor I needed was located. I was in a college town and all of them were almost gone and I didn't get the one I needed I was very dissapointed. Very poor service everywhere I went.LUKE G.
The agent needed to contact U Haul CS to to get walked through how to return the trailer I had reserved as well as get walked through how to rent me the unit. My one-way reservation allowed three days, the contact was written for one day. This required further follow-up at the returning location, additional charges and a follow-up call from the UP CS agent to obtain a refund. I was charged for 2 dozen moving blankets and given one dozen. The agent did not appear to know how to attach the trailer. I needed to remove slack from all three safety chains so they didn't drag on the pavement. One of the rear driving lights was burnt out. I spent over an hour picking up the trailer, and I was the only customer he had.James C.
