Richard T.This is my fourth time renting from this location. There is a reason I come back - they are reasonably priced and the lady that helps me each time is very nice and efficient in getting me on the road. When I need another trailer, I will be coming back a fifth time.

Danette S.I parked the truck in the wrong side of the street because of the snow. so when it stopped snowing i moved it over to the right side of the trees. I didn't go over the mileage I drop the truck for one trip with a distance of 16 miles. I will not ever go back that is stupid to charge an extra $20 cause it was parked on the other side of the street next time i'll let it get coverages by the snow plows!!
Angelina R.I was quoted $29.99 for the 17 foot truck. I was charged $39.99. The rate in the office said $29.99. I picked up the unit at 900am as agreed, then I was sent a text message saying it was due back at 1pm. How is that a day rate? I like the people at the Mt. Loafer Storage unit, but I will not give you a good review on google.

Alvaro S.I am not one to get online and rate poorly but boy this lady earned it! First I tried to get through the door and it seemed to be locked and this horrible scream came through the other side saying to “push hard†probably should get some W2 40.. Then I tell her my name and she responds you should have been here 2 hrs ago and I said well it really shouldn't matter means I paid for the whole day now should it. Then she asks if I have help to hook up the trailer cause they are very heavy and I said I surely don't as it is just me with my 2 toddlers. I stated most places are supposed to hook them up for the customers and her response was most of the time men come in and I said well most of the time men are at work! She says make sure to bend from the knees. Really?? I said you should probably hire someone to help people with these because nowhere it states to make sure to have help and she responds you can hire someone!! As I hear a male in the background around the corner coughing up about 2 lungs. Moving on I go 2 blocks down and lift with all my might and get it on the hitch. As I'm trying to hook everything up they didn't even have a light attachment on the trailer for what most suvs need so then my next stop I had to go to Napa pull both of my kids out of the car to go in and get stuff to make sure I have lights. The funniest part of it all when I dropped it off in Tooele the guy came out and unhooked it himself and I stated hopefully it's hooked up right because the lady in Payson refused to help and he goes what? They are supposed to hook it up for you because they are liable if something is to happen! Hmm.. that's what I thought too! Then to read other reviews that they are trying to charge people $20 to hook them up? WTF The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I can't rate them with a big zero and even then they didn't earn that!! Horrible experience
Karlee H.The office was far from the location of he trailers. Using google maps to try and find the location put me in the middle of a trailer court instead of the actual office location. Had to wait for service and only offered assistance in hooking up after spending a great deal time trying to to do it myself. Location was not paved and was very muddy. I had to clear the snow off of the trailer before I could use it.

Tracy R.1- The U-haul website is NOT user friendly! I was trying to find a specific size truck for a specific set of days, and instead of telling me WHICH location had a truck available for those dates, all the website would display is that a truck I needed was NOT available at the location I picked. So it took me HOURS, instead of minutes, to find a rental that would work by searching EACH location separately and getting the "OUR TRUCKS ARE IN HIGH DEMAND, PICK ANOTHER LOCATION" over and over. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

The person waiting on me had to put in all my information in the computer 4 times and it still rejected it, so the person told me to take the trailer and they would call me when the problem was resolved to get my payment information. I wasted about 30 minutes in the office, otherwise everything else was fine.

Richard D.Overall in Utah my pu location was changed but it worked out. When I tried to return the truck, it was nothing but confusion. I couldn't get a hold of anybody, your 800 number is a joke. I called 5 times in 3 days, average time on hold 35 minutes to 55 minutes which I gave up. The locations in Canby and Woodburn I think they were on vacation Monday. Anyways It took me 3 trips to Canby just to talk to them and being sent to different locations. I had requested in Utah to have a storage that I could use for 2 weeks till my house was ready ti move in. Absolutely no luck, everyone gave me a reason that either I have to pay first or different excuses. I finally was si discussed with the whole process. I rented a storage and paid for it. I have used you guys before, but this time you guys dropped the ball big time. So, take it for what it's worth, everyone is busy and over booked sythe customers have to pay for all this.

Billy C. | Overall ExperienceThe location is quite small, which is fine, however when dropping off after hours it was almost impossible to figure out where to leave the truck as there was really no room. Luckily the owners live adjacent and saw my plight. lol

Renae G.It was incredibly frustrating to find where to drop off the keys. There was nothing marked "U-haul Key Drop". We just dropped it in the front door that was marked "Payment Drop" where they had a U-haul sign. It would be helpful to identify where to put U-Haul keys.

Wendell W.On U-Haul's website it said there was a 26' truck available at that location. We booked it and then and then I got a call from 1-800-Uhaul and they said there was no such truck. They could only provide a 15' truck. U-haul's website needs to be accurate with what is available and not be deceiving, Very uncalled for! But the pick up location was great. But very disappointed in the U-haul dispatch!
