location for drop off was nothing but a fenced parking lot in a not so great part of town. stayed in the truck until taxicab arrived for pickup

The actual drop process was easy so I appreciate that but the actual location did not look inviting and I was happy my husband was with me because it didn't look too safe with the amount of men standing outside just sitting and standing.

We had to back up down a dirt drive to get the trailer and even at that we had to push it up an incline to get it to the truck. But the gentleman helping with the reservation was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable

Our return was awful but not because of this location on Thompson.We were scheduled to return at a drop off .4 miles away on Murfreesboro pike. When we arrived no one was there. I called in advance per the contract instructions and no one answered. When we arrived I called, still no one. Called the number on the gate which was disconnected. Tried to call uhual 1-800 number which was a 25 minute cue! Soooo frustrating when you're trying to get on the road. I ended up going on the uhuaa site and found this location on Thompson pl. They said they couldn't take the trailer but saw the complete desperation in my face and worked with uhual to change my reservation so I could leave it and get going. Very frustrating that your site lists SO FEW of the uhual locations that exist. I knew there was a drop site closer but couldn't access on the site therefore putting me at this location that was unmanned.

despite confirmations that the truck I reserved was ready for me, when I arrived they didn't have it.The oversize truck they supplied me with had not been cleaned.I removed trash from the cab and cleaned the windows myself.Moving forward u-haul will be my last resort option.

I arrived there at 6:30 pm and at that location there is no cell service for sprint costumers and that is my carrier so I was not able to check out online I brought the keys into the strike I was at and gave them to the man in charge he asked me if I had filled the truck with gas and cleaned it I replied yes is there anything else I need to do he said no your all set I'll take care of the rest. That implied to me he was checking it in on line as the store did not close till 8 pm. I was charged a late check $20 in on next days business and I was there 1:40 minutes before closing and should not have been charged that fee I have pictures as well with time stamps that it was no later than 6:37,6:38 pm when I took the pictures but again with no cell service at that location I couldn't upload them
