The truck was not cleaned out. There was debris and dirt in the back so I had to clean it out. I paid $10 for 12 moving blankets. There were only six. When I brought this to the man’s attention, he told me that’s all he has. Please refund that. Before I was able to take pictures of the truck that U-Haul wanted me to take the gentleman I checked out with took my phone to show me the receipt and deleted that and I could never get it back. This whole experience was a mess. my daughter works for U-Haul. I know everything that happened here was not up to U-Haul standards.
