Sade BThe attendants for the U-haul areas of this business were efficient, friendly, and greeted me in the parking area to assist me with checkout. The U-haul app presented glitches upon picking-up the truck as well as upon returning it, so I recommend going inside during store hours to check in/out with store staff to save time. The app however did make extending use of the truck for an additional day simple/easy. Overall I had an accommodating. convenient, and reliable experience with this location. Definitely recommend.

JASON BThe tire on the Cargo Van we were rented was in major disrepair and almost blew before we realized there was an issue. The vehicle was clearly not inspected by the location before they rented it to us. We were told by road side service that it was old and had essentially dry rotted.
Christine RThe manager isn't very friendly, I was in 4 different trucks and all were filthy. I don't think they clean or sanitize the vehicles. None of the vehicles had full tanks I have video in my phone which I recorded from my wife of one of the vehicles which had about a quarter tank, there was an inner tube a pair of socks a empty bag of chips in the front it was overly disgusting everything looked sticky they were crumbs everywhere, the back of the truck had so much grass and dirt in it and a box that was Tiny that had some food and other things in it. It almost seems if someone was living in there. The other three vehicles weren't as bad as that one one of the seats didn't move so I couldn't fit in the vehicle. But all of them were dirty and barely had any gas. I was charged over $300 for something that should have been $267. There were no discounts or anything despite having to go through that many vehicles and being pushed plus minutes past my schedule due to all of the inconveniences with the vehicles that clearly are not maintained. I use U-Haul often. I take my son to Morgan State University so I've done this at least four or five times picking him up as well. But I will never go to this location again it is the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul it was very dispiriting and disgusting, unsanitary and quite frankly unprofessional. We are thoroughly discussed it despite the fact it's the closest location it's not worth me going there again especially after being charged so much money.[
David PWhen I made the original reservation months in advance I received a call from Uhaul telling me my pick up location was no longer available and that I had to go to another one. I went to that pickup location, and the Uhaul app was not working and it was having problems identifying the location. I called Uhaul support and they tried to troubleshot the problem but with no luck. I had to drive to another location where I was finally able to pick up the truck.

Tayona JThe side view was shattered, there was no cell reception so I had to walk half way across the parking lot to check the vehicle in and out, and the gas light was on when I received the vehicle. I requested a new truck and the attendant could not speak enough english to understand what was wrong.

Dmitriy ZThe gentleman amassing me wasn't pleasant at all. The heat wasn't on in the store it was so cold my nose was running. He turned the heat on after I was inside. He was very nonchalant and while I was there a handicapped woman came and he made a very inappropriate joke to where even the woman "said that's not funny, that's disrespectful". His customer service skills were deplorable. The truck had dried mud on the floor but other than that the truck was okay.

maryam wI was charged for 100 miles. the owner reassured me that I will be reimbursed for the unused miles, I used a total of 51 miles. And I was never reimbursed for the extra 49 miles I was charged. Really disappointing.

Geert BThis location is in one of the most dangerous spots in MD and DC. The parking lot where the trucks were parked were littered by trash; broken beer bottles, condoms by the door of the truck. The front desk person had loud music on his phone while speaking to me, and when I returned, he grabbed my keys and walked away saying "I have a lot of customers, you get email" but I am hard of hearing so I had to follow him and ask what he was saying. It was very unclear. I will not be coming back.

John DThe UHaul truck was filthy and smelled terrible. We had to clean the uhaul before even putting our items in.
Terrika FHave better maintained trucks. This is my second rental from this location. Both trucks I rented had body damage from accidents. My most recent one's passenger door was so mangled I didn't feel safe having a passenger ride on that side.
