TONYA G.Be up front and let the customer know the truth. When I picked up one guy said that I needed to be back I think it was 4pm exactly because a customer needs the truck at that time. When I got back I told another guy that I needed more time because I didn't finish and he said I could had kept the truck longer. I saw no customer waiting took pic with time and date 30 mins. later and truck was still there.

ALEXANDER H.I only had issue with 24/7 access so I had to wait for the store to open. Therefore I was down on my move. I had actually ran over on my time due to that. I was connected to three of your all's customer service reps and no one could help me. This was very inconvenient and I would like the adjustment I was guaranteed.

I found comfort in dealing with this location because they were helpful, answered all my questions and made my experience less stressful which is always a plus. What can you do to improve for the next customer "make sure your website details the use of an appliance dolly can only be used with certain size trucks." Let the customer know NOT all trucks have ramps attached.

Jeffery A.My complaint is that the reservation ( made two weeks in advance) was to pick up 10 minutes from our house. We learned the day before that we had to travel 30 minutes away to pick up and the place opened at 10 instead of 7 am. The manager at M1 Food Market was helpful in helping us to get the equipment when we needed it.
Mary B.Let the driving renter know that the truck will start up in the tow/haul mode and how to switch this off to regula transmission. Tried to take the empty truck out on interstate 70 (near the location) and got many honks/leering looks as it would not go very fast in this mode with engine reving high. Likely was not good for the transmission, or my gas mileage. Nonethelss figured it out a while later when discovering the button at the end of the shift lever. Please note the attendant/owner was very nice professional & helpful.
