Keep your trucks serviced. My truck had dangerously low tires in the front and bald tires on the back. SCARIEST DRIVE EVER!! Don't charge excessive gas fees when the tank was filled above where it started. **WARNING** Take pics of dashboard when you drop off your truck, these guys will try to scam you out of your money!!!

A few days before, I was told over the phone by U-Haul that I could pick up at 9am even though the location opens at 10. I arrived at 9 and it said no equipment had been signed out to me. They only had two lockboxes for keys but apparently U-Haul signed up 11 people for a service that can only handle two. Thankfully the partner who owns this location went out of his way to get us in the truck as soon as he was able.

I had such a bad experience! I couldn’t log into my account online because the email was wrong, When I ordered my uhaul I selected a location near my house and when I arrived to pick up the truck they didn’t have one and they told me my reservation was canceled and that there was a new reservation so she found me a truck at a different location I went to pick it up got it everything was fine, I started looking over my paper work once I had already received the uhaul and realized i had to take it back to the same one I picked it up at which was out of my way so I called to change my drop off location they let me know I couldn’t because it was in town I didn’t know this was a thing I thought I would be able to drop it off at any location so I had to take it way out of my way to return it, when I called to get my email fixed so I could check it back in the lady was so rude and gave me a ton of attitude it was just an all around rough experience I don’t know that I’ll ever use uhaul again.

Windshield washer fluid froze and would not spray on passenger side of windshield. Sprayed on driver side of windshield then froze to windshield. Speed governor set below actual speed limit. Hazardous and dangerous to try to pass other vehicles. Driver side door would not fully close without slamming doors. Driver side window had gap when fully up.

I was definitely not impressed with this U-Haul experience. I have rented From U-Haul on several different occasions. The truck was dirty inside and out. Windows inside were foggy and interior not wiped down or clean. To top off my experience, I know How far I drove the truck, and I was charged about doubled the mileage that I went. I also was charged for fuel even though I made sure to replace the fuel I used right before drop off. I don’t feel as if I should have to document every little detail to ensure I’m not being taken advantage of when renting a moving truck. If I ever choose to rent from U-Haul again (most likely not), I will be sure to take photos of my start mileage and my ending mileage. I kept my fuel receipt if you are at all interested in looking into it.

It was hard to get to this location especially at night... better signage to get around and be more convenient.... Overall I was disappointed in the fuel performance on this truck considering it wasn’t fully loaded... my first trip to Utah was much affordable using a Penske truck with diesel and was fully loaded and had a carrier behind it and performed much much better... very disappointed in deed..

Faster process. I have NEVER had to wait so long. It their wasn’t a line. They were just going through everything with me like I was walking in to set up a pick up. I already took care of everything online. Entered in my license. My vehicle info. My drop off location. Everything. But I had to go through ALLL of that. Again. It was so annoying that it took so long. I have rented many. This one has by far taken the longest time for a simple trailer

The people were nice, the location was a garage which was fine but the truck was old, very high milage, beat-up and the air conditioning did not work which was a joke. Very hot outside and inside the truck the miserable!

Contract 90496471 why was I overcharged for an extra day the contract clearly stated 4 days out 7/27 due back 7/31 it was returned 7/31, with no issues please refund the extra day. $42.50 Thank You

This was my second pickup location for the same reservation. At the first place I had a terrible experience. I showed up on time for my reservation and they didn’t have the key. The guy nonchalantly said I could sit around for 4 hours and wait for someone to bring the key in, or I could find another place. I called customer service to ask for at least a partial refund and sat on hold forever. Terrible, terrible experience.

Issues with the Uhaul system and the location's own disorganization due to key personnel not working at the time made pickup take several hours. They also misplaced the keys inside another vehicle which the person renting that one did not report until they had returned the vehicle.

It is hard to get to the main entrance was not big enough for the gate. Had to go through another business's gate to get the mud pit that they call the parking lot. I was charged a cleaning fee despite the fact that the trailer and truck were reasonably clean.....at least before we drove through the foot of mud in the return location.

Loved the U Haul App pick up and drop off was easy. Litttle issue with the face recognition but it was resolved in minutes. I would use it again. Also the movers through the haul site were outstanding . I recommend Smooth Moves, Cody is the best. He works hard gets the job done and knows his stuff! Trustworthy crew!

The pick-up store was a small mechanic garage with a woman and a laptop. The check-in was easy enough and the woman easy-going and helpful, but the experience was marred significantly by a rude man (her husband) who yelled at me for backing up too fast (I've pulled trailers for 40 years). Also the lot had a huge mud hole, so my truck and trailer were instantly filthy upon entering the street. There should be some professional standards for a Uhaul dealer.

I will never recommend them to anyone. Worse location ever (75th south & redwood. Very sad experience. Moving is hard enough and all they did was make it worse. To improve.... ha, well....you guys should not even own a business in the first place especially based on how you guys treat customers and make them feel. Horrible company, horrible service. Horriblly ran.

Office could not use their smartphones as their internet would not work. Kept us waiting an hour and a half before they wrote up the paper contract. Did not appreciate the long wait as we hired workers to help us move and was not even offered a discount or anything to compensate.
