Parking was limited and hard to get in and out of.
LEONARD OThe only problem here was the drop box. I returned it on Sunday so no one was there. The drop box was strange I ended up calling U-Haul customer service and talk with Natasha she helped solve the problem. I would only recommend this location if it is open when you return the truck. I was there for a hour and a half waiting to get help on the phone

GERARDO PI felt bad for the lady helping us. She had a huge line to deal with, and had to move trucks around to help people get out of the lot. She maintained a great attitude, but seemed like that was too much for one person. She was so professional though, and did her job with a smile.
CAMELIA CThe person who helped me was awesome and very patient as I had to make multiple changes to my car and ended up having to take a truck instead of a trailer. However, the truck that I rented was filthy. It was not cleaned at all with dirt bugs on the outside and dirty smelly cab.
Rickey WWhen I downloaded the app to complete the self-check out, my phone overheated, battery life dropped quickly, and the app crashed before I could complete the check out process. That's not a comment on this location, it's a comment for U-Haul IT dept. Come on, coders! Fix it!

Caden CFix your damn app. I am no longer your customer because of how lousy the app and the service was : wasn't able to check in from a distance, wasn't able to find me once I was on site (and on time), it took me 15 minutes to reach a customer rep and then another 15 minutes to reach the "in person check-in" customer rep. The pictures I took once I brought the truck back erased themselves so I couldn't finish the reservation on the app. Completely wasted my time. It's going to take more than a 20 dollar voucher to get me and my extended family back as your customers. Fix your damn app!

Timothy JWe were not able to use the app to check in the vehicle once we turned it in. This location was not open on a Sunday so we were automatically charged for an additional 24 hours and then had to call and work out the problem which was a waste of time. We ended up getting our refund but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. We didn't pick this location when we made the reservation. Our location was changed after the reservation was made because there wasn't a guarantee for the truck size we had reserved. We wouldn't have chosen this location to begin with because it's a sketch area of town and they're super short staffed.
Timothy AThe stupid app wouldn't recognize that my location preferences were turned on (EVEN THOUGH I DOUBLE CHECKED IT SEVERAL TIMES). An M1 staff member noticed my frustration, and even though he was leaving for the day, he brought me in and helped me out. GREAT SERVICE. The app has issues.

STEVEN HThe only thing I had a problem with was picking up after hours and I didn't have Wi-Fi on my phone so to take pictures was a bit of a pain and also how they had to call someone to verify , tried my daughter , her friend , my boyfriend left his phone home so then my nephew .. lol but we finally got it done . Whoever is in charge of the West Jordan store on Redwood , super nice , helpful gentleman. 5 stars
LEEANN PThe people at M1 were the best. They were accomidating in getting the reservation and return issue resolved because the U-Haul App is a Miserable Attempt of Working Sufficiently. I will rent again only because of the help i received from this location. Great Job!

CHALET LThe shocks and suspension were terrible. It would have been fine for local moves but I told you I was traveling 700 miles and you still gave me an old, crappy truck.
Brian TI thought they would of noticed my drop off, when they were off. Had to call and ensure they had it several hours after they returned to work. but not primary business, so probably should have returned to a uhaul store vs. independent.

Dennis BIt started off a little rocky when they couldn't get their system to match the price we were given in our online reservation, but they got it all figured out and all went well. The van we rented wasn't very clean, but they came out and got it all cleaned and made us feel very comfortable in using it. I would highly recommend this location for their customer service.

Taylor HThe gate to drop off the uhaul was a little tight. And the app wouldn't work for a while so it was a struggle. Good thing is, the owner was there and told us how to complete the drop off, even though it was Sunday and they were closed so we were happy he was there!
Candice WWe had planned to return our truck at 6pm unaware that the office would be closing at 5pm. This wouldn't have been a problem except we were given no return instructions. It was unclear where to park the truck, what to do with the dolly, or if there were any other location-specific return procedures. The office was also very dirty and there was dog poop all over the lot where the trucks are parked. I understand that auto-repairs and truck rentals are not meant to be glamorous, but this was very much below average.
Lindsey CThe store manager didn't open their doors until 10-15 minutes after their opening hours. There was a line of 3-4 customers waiting to rent their equipment.
Kendal NIt took us an hour to get the UHAUL. The people usually working weren't there (they told us and we totally understand why) and someone else who doesn't normally work uhaul was working and did amazing. We just had to move all day and were exhausted and had to deal with this. Then once we got the uhaul the gas was completely empty and we had to use our own money to put gas in. We got it mostly figured out and they were great about working with us, but again, a bump in the road that set us back an hour and a half. There was also empty capri suns in the front and garbage in the back.
Samantha BI simply lost half of my Saturday due to a problem on the trailer I rented to get a job done. I noticed the issue when I got home, contacted the customer service and it was not very smooth, it took hours of phone calls and waiting time. I lost 150 dollars.
Rodrigo PI would absolutely recommend this location. Customer service is 11/10. Definitely went above and beyond and guided me through the process. It was the best rental experience I've had. ¡Gracias!

John ZGive consistent details on when equipment is due to be returned. I received conflicting information from the rental location, and Uhaul.com and it wound up costing me an extra $50 because I was told I was a day late returning the truck, when I thought I was a day early. I do have receipts to back this up. But overall - it was as good of an experience renting a moving truck as I would've expected.
Lane CI would suggest actually replying to the guest when you send the receipt email after they return their equipment. When you guys send it and it gives you opportunity to email if the receipt has is wrong or you have concerns. I emailed twice and no response for being overcharged in many ways. Unfortunately I will not recommended or rent from this specific location again. It is quite sad.

Stephanie WThe uhaul rep that check me in for my drop off was simply not a good experience. She had an energy that was slightly off putting. As I gave the keys to her, she started inspection. My partner and I, cleaned and mopped the truck before drop off and filled the tank up to a quarter tank which was the level required. After she finished her inspection, she comes over and says "so your total is $82 and I charged your card but it declined so you have a promissory note with uhaul, pay itit when you can!" We were baffled!! I asked her what made it so expensive and she charged us $72 fee because she said we didn't fill the gas to a quarter tank and only filled it 1/16… she talked over us and was rude and impatient. It just felt like it was the first time she had done something like this. I went back inside and found another worker who I asked to double check the fuel. Sure enough, a quarter of a tank full. M1 auto repair fixed this in the end. I'm grateful but man, what a joke. Honestly, felt slighted and disrespected.
Ethan BI was charged for the cleaning fee when the cab of the truck was extremely dirty when I picked it up. I returned it with less miles used, less days used, and more gas then I started with, yet I was charged $40 for a cleaning fee.
Rick Cfound out after the fact that I was being charged for cleaning as well as for fuel even though I returned the truck with the amount that I left with( I have reciept of the fuel purchase). I sat in the office for over 5 minutes while the representative did the walk around. When she came back in I asked her if everything was OK. She said yes and that I was free to go. At no time did she mention the extra charges!?!
