I was charged an extra $30 on pickup and an extra $30 when I dropped off the trailer. Is that common practice with the location, to overcharge $30?

Use the number on your contract and call after 8:00 a.m. they assist you from the building that's on the lot which is some kind of school or daycare. Kind of different but it works

Nooruddin LPlease stop doing business with this location. When we arrived prior to pickup, we pulled into a lot with a shed at the back. This shed had a sign with Lynns Superior Automotive information on it. We called the number on the sign and it was not a valid number. We then called the number listed on the reservation with no response on that line either. There was nobody at the location to assist us. I was supposed to pick up my uhaul truck at 8am and got it at 8:50. We spent the entirety on hold with uhaul customer support because we could not gain access to the key to pick up the uhaul. This was such a horrible experience and pushed back our entire day of moving. Once we looked at the location reviews, we saw that this was a common occurrence amongst people who had picked up from this location.

Essence Cthis location has no one present after I had made the reservation and confirmed everything when I got there I still had to go through the process again over the phone which took an hour. I had to rental in my possession for less than three hours and I traveled A total of 12 miles during the time that I had the vehicle. If you days later after I had already return the vehicle I get a notice from U-Haul claiming that I had not returned the vehicle after I confirm that I did indeed return the vehicle I get a invoice from you guys claiming that I drove 149 miles and charged me $217 this is completely unacceptable. I have tried to stick with the local rental place and I've got no help whatsoever I have spoken with the support line at U-Haul and I've gotten no support whatsoever. if I don't get this resolved soon my next steps would be to contact the Better Business Bureau and I will be leaving A detailed review on my experience on google.com
EDWIN RIt is literally a a parking lot with a shed in the middle of nowhere with no one to contact and a useless uhaul phone number that took an hour to get ahold of someone to help us due to a mistake another uhaul made when making the reservation.
