The vehicle was parked in the mud and had quite a bit of dried mud on the interior of the bed of the truck and some in the cab as well. Otherwise this was a positive location overall. They were friendly.

I did not like the calling and reserving. They messed up on my pick up place. If I wouldn't of called to confirm I would of had to drive 20 minutes out of my way. I did not appreciate this and was glad I had called to confirm my reservations at the correct address.

this place was closed and was goinf to be closed for several days. I had to do self check in online. due to all the hassle of getting truck i filled it back to gas level I recieved the truck despite what the dude at pick up location indicated and failed to walk out for check out inspection. THE APP tried to charge me as a result. I denied authorization. and I will go elsewhere in the future if I need to move again. I refuse to ever use uhaul again! Moving is stressful enough..this rental sent me into complete meltdown...never NEVER AGAIN!

I booked the rental on the uhaul website. The original location I chose did not carry the size truck I wanted but I did not know this until the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck. They were able to change the rental pick up location to another location equally as close, but when I got there to pick up the truck, they didn’t have the truck I had reserved. So I had to call U-Haul again to find a truck. We were on a very tight schedule & this was not something we wanted to fool with. However, they were able to find me a slightly larger truck in a decent location for the same price. So they did what they could to make it right, but they should have known from the beginning which trucks were available at the first location before confirming my reservation.

Only place in Columbia. Unit was basically clean but had been sitting under a tree for a Long time so needed to sweep leaves out. Owner was Nice and very courteous

Guys where really short and rude. When asking them a question they was really rude. Asked them if there was any discount for returning it a day early and they was really rude, pretty much yelled no to me and walked away.

have some place with I n a 50 mile radius open later then 6 pm most were 430.... your rates are getting kinda pricey, especially the insurance rates. need to address salt rot issues both trailers were getting pretty eaten up that I had to choose from.

Furniture pads were not available. Charge for them and a furniture dolly that we decided not to use remainded on the bill. This was corrected at the drop off location.

Tell Lynn the proper way to chain trailer. When I dropped it off they told me it wasn't chained properly, but that is the way I was told to chain it.

I was logged as 45 minutes late turning in the truck, but had been at the store for almost 30 minutes while we maneuvered tow dolly, pulled back out front to put more gas in because it was one line below 1/2 tank. so I paid an extra day's charge for arriving 20 minutes late. And if I hadn't moved the truck for the extra gas myself, another charge.

For our recent move Uhaul has been amazing. I did all booking online and they have followed up, changed, added, fixed, whatever issues have arisen (on my end) and adapted to our needs making that part of the move quite seamless. Not enough adjectives to describe how well Uhaul has moved into the internet age - well done! Ed

They do not check there trucks before renting to someone I had a blowout on the parkway and about crashed because of there lack of care and maintenance.

Our original pickup was located at Browns service in Russell Springs, KY. Upon arrival I found out the business was closed and learned the owner had gone out of town. Luckily I was able to contact Uhaul and procure another trailer rental. Thus cost us a lot of time and was very inconvenient.

We dropped the truck off at the location on a Sunday (per our contract) and the facility was not open so we had the 24 hour drop off. We were in a rush to get it returned in time and in doing so, forgot to remove the remaining blankets, quilts, stuffed animals, and pillows we had used as padding for the furniture. Early Monday morning we realized we didn't have the pillows on the couch where they belonged and it hit us that we'd left then in the back of the truck. We immediately drove there only to be told be a guilty faced employee that what was left was thrown in the dumpster. These were my father's quilts my great grandmother had hand stiched and a build-a-bear elephant. My fiancé and some of his friendsaid had unloaded the truck and I was unaware that they had left them in the back to remove later and then forgotten. My fiancé dug through the dumpster to pull out the quilts, not only had they thrown them away without first attempting to contact us, but they threw engine oil on top of them! We dug and dug to find them all. Some blankets and comforters were not salvageable and the pillows and build-a-bear animals were not in the dumpster. I guess that answers why the employee had a guilty look on her face when we asked about our belongings.
