The whole reason why I got the truck was as to avoid getting my stuff wet. Highly disappointed with the quality of the truck, I’ve never had a problem in the past but this one issue was a big problem

Margaret REnsure the truck door door pulley / system is working well before renting it out! It broke on us right as we were done loading and added about an hour of us attempting to fix the tension/pulley system for the door to get back on track and lower. VERY EXHAUSTING after spending hours loading. We let the store know that it had issues and to take a look before renting it out again and the girl there said "oh yeah. that truck always has that issue." That was very disappointing to hear- that it's a known issue and nothing was done to repair it. Hopefully the next renter didn't have to deal with the same issue we did!

JOSEPH FI felt cheated due to fuel policy. They want you to bring 7/8 full tank. They give a paper which shows how many gallons you will need from a given tank status to reach 7/8. It is incorrect and you end up filling the tank in full. You are always going to pay 1/8 tank extra. I pointed this out, and person told me that they will give discount. Of course, they never did. When I rented, fuel was less than 7/8, and again the person said when you return, return less than 7/8. But, as I said, you always end up filling the tank completely.. This looks like a scam, but probably just about 10-15$, I hope they get rich...

tom tIt was a wonderful experience with the Lutz hardware for customer service but the truck itself was hot!! The design where your air comes out front but the extreme heat from the floor boards makes it a horrible experience to use the truck for moving. Your feet actually burn! That must be addressed. Especially in summer weather.

TIMOTHY JI was charged $98.33 at time of pickup. I returned it under the estimated mileage that caused the $98.33 charge, and was given a receipt for $75.66, to which I should have a credit of $22.67 coming. It has been 2 days w/o a credit to my statement, but it only took seconds to charge and take the $ out of my account. PLEASE CREDIT MY ACCOUNT!
