The website process for pick up
Lafitaga S.This was a short move across town. However, the floor bed of the enclosed truck contained standing water. The mattress, boxes and rolled rugs couldn't be placed anywhere on the floor.

RICHARD R.Your (UHaul) fuel estimates for refilling after use were not accurate. It's a great idea but unfortunately we spent more than we had to to refill the tank from previous. We put three gallons less in the tank than recommended but fortunately we caught it in time. The gauge was pegged out and beyond original setting. I don't think much more gas could have been put in the tank but it still cost us a lot. Unfortunate for the next person who has to figure it out.

The people were very friendly and when we realized the truck my daughter rented online for me was to small and they very quickly got me into a truck that would be the right fit for my needs. One thing I did notice is with a computer right in front of them most of their work is having to be entered into a phone which is a little more time consuming due to the phones being so much smaller than the computer screen.

Doyle S.I'm very pleased with the folks at Lutz Hardware. They have great customer service and nice people who went above and beyond to help. I had a big move and needed lots of boxes and supplies. They did not seem used to a person renting for a big move, but were willing to help me get all the boxes I needed from the back. They did not have all the mattress bags that I needed, so there is room for improvement in their stock as far as that goes. The manager gave me a really generous discount since I was buying so much from them, which puts these folks way over the top. Very good experience here.
