Nice comfortable ride, this size (10') handles great. The weather made vehicles hard to keep clean, however, it would have been nice to have had the mirrors clean, they were very hard to see to the side and behind. The inside of bed was also not cleaned from last customer. The staff was polite and helpful. I will use location again when needed. Graciassharon H.

The only downfall at this location is that ground is dirt and it snow had just melted .. making it muddy! There are other locations in Brighton that have hard, clean surfaces!!lynn W.

I told the lady that checked me out yesterday that I'd be bringing back the trailer after 3pm the following day. Around 10 am a different lady from the same location wanted the trailer back at 10 am, I told her that I have to use it until 3 pm like I told the lady when I picked it up. Some transparency between what's going on would help. Lastly, the lady that called and wanted the trailer back at 10 am was somewhat rude and short with me. Other than that phone call, the staff was very nice to work with.Rob H.

I dropped off my Uhaul Sunday after renting it Saturday, 1.5 hours past 24 hours with the truck. This is a Uhaul policy thing I'm sure, not on LuLu's, but to get a $40 extra day charge for 90 mins was upsetting, didn't know I had said charge until I looked at receipt. No issue with LuLu's, disappointed with UHaulLuke D.

The inside of the truck was filthy when we got it. It had definitely not been swept out beforehand. We also had asked to extend how long we'd keep our rental and I called the location and was told I would not be charged for another day if we brought it back by 9 AM the next day (today), however when I looked at my receipt, i noticed we were charged for 2 days instead of one day like we had been told even though we brought it back before 9 AM.Michael F.

You need to have more big trucks or distribute them better. I wanted to rent a 26' but there were none available within reason in Colorado. I did not find this out until that morning. So I had to rent a 20' and now I will have to rent again and make another trip to get the last of my property to my new home. Everything would have fit in the 26'. People were not friendly or helpful. They would not help with loading my towed vehicle on the trailer. Also when I rented a truck at the end of October there was not one available at the pick-up location I chose when I reserved it. I had to drive 40 miles each way to get one. I hope everything goes better when I need a truck in February to get the last of our stuff.David M.

My reservations were from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. My nephew left his car in parking lot. We were done with truck at 6:37 PM. When we got to the Uhaul location it was closed and gate to parking lot was locked. When i called Uhaul It was 35-45 min wait time to talk to someone. I finally spoke to someone on chat and they said sorry no after hour drop off. I asked a couple of questions and got the same response. I think it was a robot. I gave up and returned it in morning. I missed work and my nephew did too. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US AT PICKUP. And I shouldn't have had to pay for miles back to my house and back to return. But it is what it is. Corporate wouldn't do anything. And uhaul location said it wasn't me here I do tell people. Cool! Train your people!Carissa T.

Said it was 7/8ths full on receipt yet when I got in it it was right below 3/4 so that's what I filled it back up to. Check engine light came on. Steering was sloppy, and returning it was a headache. Couldn't get access to the gate using the app like they said to so I left it in front of the gate after messing with the app for 45 minutes.Thomas B.

I made arrangements Monday to pick up a trailer on Wednesday at 8777 Brighton rd unit a 80640 at 7:00 am nobody showed I called the phone # not being able to leave a message because his message box was full after waiting over an hour I called u haul total disrespect for me and my time he had my phone # and e mail nothing was ever sent your gal on the U-Haul 1800 #or 1877 ?really helped me out not only was I stood up but another customer was waiting and upset to you need to find another distributor other the universal coach works I will let others know about my experience my time and money was spent waiting witch I can't get back can you compensate me for thatTim R.

There was a lot with a bunch of trucks behind a locked gate at this location but my truck was not there. It was at least a mile down the road, on the side of the road where you had to walk through brush to inspect the truck. There also was not even ample room around the truck to safely inspect it. The address should be for where the truck really is, the lot with other trucks was very confusing and I spent a lot of time not understanding I wasn't in the right spot, since the check in process checked my location and said that I was in the right spot. Once I did find the truck, the instructions on finding the lockbox with the key were very unclear. The picture was a wide view without good indication of where in that 50ft range the box might be. Overall pick up here was very confusing and stressful.Amy W.

It just takes a long time to do the check ins. It seems like computer issues. We always reserve the truck at home on the computer then when we get there we go through alot of the same questions we had already filled out pryor to going in to get the truck.John T.

Need a sign to say there's an office in the store. Spent 30 mi a trying to figure out your app. Then walked in the food market and there was a uhaul office. My wife said it was the hardest app she every had to figure out and that's her job. Must be a more simple way to return a rental on your app. What if we didn't have a smart phone. There are many people who do t have a smart phone. Biggest complaint no sign say uhaul office inside.ROBERT S.
We rented a 15' truck which was advertised for $19.95 in the window. Upon return it was noted on our receipt they charged us $29.95. When we asked about the false advertising of the price we were told "sorry, prices are set by U-haul and we cant change them". We also turned in the truck full of gas and showed proof with a receipt however they said the "pin" wasn't all the way past the full and charged an additional $18 for gas. We will not use this location again. Customer service was mediocre at best and they nickel and dime you like crazy. We have used U-haul in the past and have always like their rentals, this experience makes me think twice about using them in the future.AMY G.
