Great people at this location. When I went to open the door on the trailer it broke in the open position. It was clean, it just broke and required more work to secure everything from falling out.

The truck was absolutely disgusting. We had to mop the back of the 2 times before we could load. Plus the cab was full of dried mud. WE were being followed by friend who advised us that the inside tire on the drivers side was flat. The tires were bald. which put us at risk.

Make sure reserved equipment is in stock. Rented a truck and vehicle dolly in Longmont CO. and had to drive to Brighton for truck and vehicle dolly. Got to Brighton and still no dolly. District manager had them give me a transport trailer for the same price. This was a minor nuisance, but require me to drive 30 minutes further south from my pickup point.

Check all the lights to ensure they are all working. Absolutely none of the lights worked on one of the the car dollies and the right blinker did not work on the second car dolly. There was only two car dollies on premises so I had to take the one that the blinker didn’t work. Uhaul has very nice new trucks for a reasonable price. I have rented two Moving trucks in the last four months from Uhaul. I would definitely rent from U-Haul again. The customer service is exceptional. .

The reservation was for 9, yet the truck wasn't due back until 945. I wasn't informed via email, so I was there before 9. An email with the updated time would be nice, I spent an hour waiting for a truck when I could have been home packing for that hour. But the employees were very helpful and fast at getting us checked out asap. The return was easier, since I didn't have to wait on a previous customer. And the truck was well maintained.

Called day prior to confirm truck was there and ready 20' truck. Get there first thing to check out and they gave me a 15'. I had exactly 5 ft of stuff on my SECOND trip and they charged me overage mileage for being over 6 miles. No discount for nothing.

Service and hours are great. This last time I rented a truck, it had not been cleaned and there was food and trash in the cab from the previous renter. Not good. I had to clean it out.

My reservation was for Lulu's farm in Brighton for a 26 ft truck ans 45 minutes prior to or pick up we were sent a text notifying us a20ft truck would be at a location quite the distance from our original pick up. When I called customer service I ended up speaking with a manager who was rude to say the least. She then offered me a 26ft truck from Lulu's. I express to her that we were requesting a 26' truck not a 20' truck and she stated that they had one at Lulu's farm and Brighton Colorado and I told her that is originally where we wanted it from and that's the truck we needed. She wasn't very polite needless to say for being a manager. I've used your services many times and this was probably the most frustrating having to Chase after a truck that we didn't want we needed something bigger and the truck we wanted was where we were crusted it from so I don't know along the line where the ball got dropped but I don't see why we request certain trucks from certain locations if we're not able to get them and then to be notified 45 minutes before pick up. It seems a little ridiculous to me.

Lulus farm employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is very well-kept. Unfortunately the lights on the trailer we’re not working and we had to hardwire to get them to work.

The truck was extremely filthy, when I went to pick the truck up the pictures that they had uploaded to the app did not show any of the damage that was on the vehicle so I had to take my own pictures of the damage, upon arriving at the store to return the pickup nobody came outside to check the truck in and I had to stand at the counter inside for nearly ten minutes before anybody approached me

The lady who helped me was amazing and so nice. The man who checked the truck out was also so nice. This place is awesome I would definitely recommend them and I’m definitely going to use them again for the future

I stopped at Lulu's farm at 5:30 today and asked if it would be ok if i returned right around 6 - there were traffic jams I was delayed and I still had to drop off my sons' scooter. The U haul rep said fine. I returned at 5:59 - the gate was locked. I walked into the store and alerted the staff to my presence. A young man as dispatched to open the gate. He swung the metal gate open hard so it swung back and broke the grille on my GMC Envoy. He than looked at it and said - I am happy that is all that is broken. The manager - Aeron - gave me his card and said he would alert his insurance. Another blond lady said it must have been the wind. Was not a great situation

This was not where I requested to pick-up the equipment. I made the reservation three weeks in advance and U-haul didn't bother to get the equipment moved to the correct location and made me drive all over town. When I got to the pick-up location there was a huge festival going on and they didn't have the equipment their either so I had to drive to a THIRD location to make the pick-up. One of the staff members told me they were supposed to be closed for U-haul business. Apparently no one at U-haul cared. This rental was a disaster and the trailer looked like a wreck as well. It should be removed from service. I asked for another but they didn't have any other trailers of any size available.

Actually inspect trailers for damage or holes so customers property doesn't get damaged by water leaking through an obvious hole on the top of the trailer, not force your scam insurance on ppl and give a partial refund of the cost like 50% partial as it's going to cost me more than $300 to replace the shoes and dress shirts that were damaged, I need to look presentable to future clients,customers,and employers, that cannot be done due to the hole that leaked water all over my belongings, and insurances practical response and attentiveness to replace a small percentage of my things that were damaged due to some u haul representative not doing his job correctly, however he is probably being paid shit wages, therefore you get what you pay for, and it was 9° when I picked the trailer up. There were at least 4 other 4'x8' trailers they could have given me. You lost my personal and the company I owns business for life along with everyone else in my professional network.

Lulus farm was extremely helpful, kind and saved the day for U-Haul. I am very unsatisfied with renting online though. I rented a 5x9 open trailer online for pickup in Fort Collins and moments before I arrived the lady called and said they didn’t have it like the website told me. She offered an enclosed trailer but the UTV we were moving would not fit. We had to drive an extra 100 miles to get the 5x9 trailer only to find out the inside usable space measurement is less than 5’ And our utv would Not fit in it either. I’ve used U-Haul before but I’m pissed about the extra drive we had to do. Lulu’s was awesome and stayed after hours to get us what we needed. They offered wonderful customer service. They helped us get a car hauler instead of the utility trailer. The car hauler was great and easy to drop off and that’s why I use U-Haul. But it cost us over 3 hours and 100 miles extra to drive because the website shows trailers available at a given location when they are not.
