This location was easy to use but they should update to indicate the majority of their rental vehicles are not in Indiana PA proper. Most are out by Clymer. The trucks are clean and up to date which is much better than many U-Haul trucks. But, at their country location on 286, your phone's data may be stressed. It might be best to book when a real human can check you in. I think my rental equipment was top notch, check in was tedious and impeded by slower data rates in the country, and they could up their game having human employees on the weekends. Still, my truck was clean and well maintained, and drop off was easy. Could be worse. It just isn't easy. Don't bother reporting to the Water St. Location... The app will direct you out by Airport Rd on 286.Peter B.

Locations was supposed to be open 24 hours but it was not. Needed help because 24 hour U-Haul App was not working. Waited on hold for 25 mins with U-Haul customer service. Should not be this difficult.Travis L.
Lug It To Larchs Self Storage is not the issue. UHAUL is. I reserved a one-way trip starting at Pleasant Hills, PA (less than a half mile from my house.) The morning before the move, UHAUL called to tell me I had to go 30 miles out of my way to pick up the truck I rented. I had to use the mobile service to pick up the truck. It took over 30 minutes to get thru to UHaul to get the code to get the keys. Another 40 minutes to drive back to my house, where my friends and family were waiting around to help me move. It is a horrible way to start moving day! None of this is Lug It To Larchs Self Storage' fault. This is UHAUL being dishonest. A reservation in Pleasant Hills should mean I pick up the truck in Pleasant Hills. At the very least, UHAUL should let you when you make a one-way reservation on- line that they will send you anywhere they please to pick up the truck. I certainly hope the next person to use the truck I returned wanted to pick it up at Lug It To Larchs Self Storage and not somewhere closer to their house.Tonya C.

My pick up location was change 24 hours before pick up. This change cost me gas and mileage. The pick up staff was great and helped me a ton.Scott T.
I was very happy when I received a phone call about my rental. Everything appeared to be set up. I was told if I had any trouble to call the cell phone number I had. The key would be in the lock box and I was given the code. I drove 2 hours to pick up the truck. Unlocked the lock box and no key for my truck. No answer at cell number. I had to call Uhaul, get transferred to the correct department who was able to make it right and rented me the truck I had keys for. Other than it being a 26' truck, everything from there on was great.Paige D.

Poor hours for pick up. No one in the shop when we went to get the truck. Had to stop at another U-Haul location & have them call the regional manager to get a cell number for the owner at the place we were supposed to pick up the truck. Without him we would probably not been able to get the truck.Mike C.

Even though we arrived during business hours there was no one there. I tried calling the number on the door and no answer or return call even though I left several messages. I also tried the number on my rental agreement and same thing. Finally, I contacted U-Haul and was walked through how to do my return online and dropped the trailer off. It is now almost 24 hours later and I still no return call or confirmation that they received the trailer.Robert P.

I returned the truck on a weekend and needed to use the app to complete the rental return. The app got to the step where I needed to take the photo of the odometer and then wouldn't move further. Luckily Lug it to Larch's took care of finishing the check in for me on Monday but it would be nice if the app worked properly.ROBERT S.

This was not my chosen pick up site. Only when I called uhaul to confirm my pick up, did I learn that I did not have a truck to pick up. I completed my reservation 6 weeks in advance. Reservation number and everything. When I arrived to do the online check in, I still had to wait for the person to hand me the keys. Not impressed.Kimberly H.

The location was actually closed the day I needed for pickup. The regional manager was fantastic, he called me and handled everything over the phone, and the transaction went off without a problem.Justin Q.
I was forced to take the trailer 25 minutes from where I moved to despite there being a U-Haul location right across the road. Ridiculous. I got to the drop location and it was not even open which forced me to then log onto your website and create an account so I could then check the trailer in myself. If I wanted a job working for your company I would apply for one. Very disappointed in the final process of renting from this company. I am in need of a box truck to finish my move but I will be going elsewhere.Tim G.
